Season Tickets

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you has season tickets. I just bought mine few days ago and I'm pretty excited about it. I would have liked to seated in the blue section, but they are sold out so I took them in the grey section instead, section 304 row B.

Pretty nice seat! Are they company tickets or you go to the games with friends?

I share them with 3 friends. I personally only own 1 seat.

I reserved 2 seats in the Grey, section 321 A. I was gonna pay, but they ask me to wait since they don't know if the TPS will be at 6% or 7%. IMO, I may have got the best seats of the grey section
AlexCvm, when did you buy yours? They are not bad, but I would buy the seats in the other zone instead to see Habs attck twice.

Thanks, that sounds right. I suppose the league has to post the 2006-2007 schedule first.

I bought them last week. Let me tell you why I chose the 304 section. And by the way, I got seats 1-2 so I'm near 303 (nothing left in 301-302-303)

1st: I prefer to see the play develop in front of me instead of coming to me. Attacking is attacking anyway, being close or not from a goal is the same to me but I prefer to see spectacular saves or PK guys working in front of me. I guess I like the "tv" angle.

2nd: It's not like they attack 3 times in the same zone so I only lose 20 mins of play (habs attack) when you think about it.

3rd: I prefer to be near crazy Molson Ex Zone fan than near the Family Zone.

I really thought about it. I could have bought ticket in the 335 section (in front of you in fact), Row D (grey) but I didn't take them.

As for your tickets, I had the chance to buy similar tickets but I really don't like to have the press galery in front of me. It blocks half of the scoreboard and you can't see the crowd at the other side of the ice.

Nahhh... In fact, when I bought my tix, the salesguy let me see the view from my seats and the press galery does not obtruct my view in any way. It does obstruct the view from section 318 to 320.

My view:

Your view:

Anyways, we both have great seats and next season will be amazing at the Bell Centre with the signing of big names in the FA market!

Ok, great for you then! It sucks a little to shell out 2700$ only to have your view obstructed by the press galery.

Reds

Mine are in section 120, row P, a great deal in my view as they are rated class "C" Reds due to height and corner location, so they cost less, while they provide a nice view of Habs' attack two periods out of 3 plus overtime AND shootout during season (I also believe the rules will be modified to keep the zones the same as for 3rd period in 1st OT for palyoffs, as teams are otherwise too handicapped by thelocation of their bench far from the defensive zone...

Anyway, pretty much every ticket in the Reds are about the same (for the quality of the view), aren't they?

It's like being in the 1st row in the Blue Section or being the last of the white...not much of a difference, except for the price.

Just got my letter (bill) today. However, they charge 7% TPS. The salesman actually told me that they might charge 6% TPS. I wonder if I should wait until the TPS drops to 6% to pay.

What kind of package do you have to buy to have your seats reserved for playoffs like STH have. I know they have 10,15 games packages etc. or do they offer that privilege with season tickets only?

I got my bill as well today.

I'm a little pissed of the fact that they charge 3% more is you pay you don't pay your tickets right now (or 2 times a year).

As for the TPS, I have no idea, maybe you should call them? If you do, please give me news.

As for the privileges, I think you have to buy at least a 10 games package.

I called the ticket office today and they charge the old TPS. So, they charge a 15% tax, not a 14% one.
