That first goal was still a nasty shot.

He has 8 goals. Swiss forward Damien Brunner, who signed with the Red Wings for this season, and Rick Nash have both 9 goals.

I thought those stats were one game behind.
Swiss league is actually very fast at updating. They were actually updating during the game today. He has the stats posted in my link to him. 8 G and 15 Pts. Still one of the best in the league with less games than most. Hope to see him in the NHL soon but if not I hope to see him in a flaming top scorer jersey.

This is the start of Kane to Boston rumors for sure.
Well maybe I should say if the chemistry is good between them (and they play together).

So - shall I start?

Krejci (who else) + Boychuk for Kane

As someone noted earlier, Kane's mother is accompanying him to Switzerland. Unless Patrick learned his partying ways from mom, I doubt he and Segs are going to be painting Biel red.

I don't think the Bruins would go after Kane, but I could see those rumors coming from Chicago. They could play Seguin and Kane together and have a deadly 1-2 punch down the middle with Toews/Seguin.

Personally, I've been secretly hoping that Seguin goes Brett Hull on Team Canada (for the World Jr snub) and decides to play for the US in 2014. Maybe Kane could work on that.

How would he do that? Don't you have to be a citizen of the US?

Sportsnet did a story today on Seguin.

BIEL, Switzerland -- Tyler Seguin is settling in to his new surroundings.

The locked-out Boston Bruins forward has spent the past month in Switzerland, where he's found a home with EHC Biel during the NHL's work stoppage. The 20-year-old has quickly established himself as a dangerous player on the larger international ice surface with eight goals and 16 points in 12 games.

"I think I'm still adapting," said Seguin. "There are still plays out there that I feel like I can still make better reads. I think it's just going to keep coming with experience in this league.

"Hopefully, I'll keep improving."

Seguin seems to have taken his game to another level recently, recording a hat trick during a win over Ambri-Piotta last week and following it with a two-goal effort in a victory over Zurich three nights later.

"The last games he's coming on like crazy," said coach Kevin Schlapfer.

The trip abroad has been a positive experience for Seguin, who is still playing under an entry-level contract in the NHL and could have been assigned to the American Hockey League before the lockout.

Instead, he was one of the first Canadian-born players to sign overseas.

1A for Seguin tonight. He did not play with Kane on the same line. Biel lost 7-4, their second goalie is terrible.

Bergeron lost too but had 1G 1A. There was even a goalie fight in that game.

Another hattrick for Seguin as Biel is destroying Geneve right now. Game still in progress.

Make it 4G and 1A, wow

The real question is, if Krejci is traded, who will the Bruins board offer to trade from now on?

I will never for the life of me understand the fascination with trading a guy who leads a Stanley Cup-winning team in scoring, one year after said team crashed and burned without him. Never.

What does the yellow helmet and flame-y uniform signify?
