Best case for Granlund is probably a big bruise.

The way he acted made it seem worse though, knee or ankle is my guess.

Hall was definitely trying to hammer him but I don't think he targeted the head intentionally. If you look at the replay Brodin reached forward last second and leaned down a bit, I don't think he saw him coming in his defense but thats how I saw it happen.
