Who are some of the tougher guys on your club? Macintyre or Mcmillan took a run at RNH in their first meeting so I'd assume that that player is at least a pest type if not a tough guy trying to make a name for himself. Bagnall is another big boy on your club looking at the roster. Obviously Bulmer likes to stir the pot as well.
Yep, Bulmer is our our own AHL version of Clutterubuck. He'll probably be Clutter's replacement too if he continues to progress.

I know it is early on but I have really been disappointed in Bulmer. He showed so much last year and has not played a strong N/S, bang, and go to the net game. I have not seen him finish that many checks whereas he used to make sure he got in on the forecheck and finished every opportunity.

Would love to see a couple Barons get their noses re-done tonight. Complete BS to talk about getting back a team and take out their two best players.

Barons fan here, was at the game last night.

Even in spite of the injuries the game last night was really damn exciting. Houston's PP has killed us this year; I was pretty sure that major at the end was going to wind up costing us the game. Houston outplayed us more or less wire to wire, we just got bailed out by Danis and some good finishing.

As for the hits, Teubert on Granlund was just a strange thing, nothing dirty or even out of the ordinary about it, except for how Granlund went down. I thought Hall might have been called for a charge but I didn't think there was any head-targeting or intent to injure there. Brodin was just in a bad spot.

In any case, Granlund especially is just an amazing player to watch. He's the best passer I've seen at this level, to include Schultz and RNH, and of course his shot is out of this world also. He's one of those guys who you can't help but love to watch even when he's beating you. It is a real shame he got injured and I'm going to miss watching him.

Hope you all watch the game tonight, Houston is a very good (still) and very well coached team and these two teams are always entertaining.

Lovely post. Gotta agree that Aeros are still quite good, even if Granlund and Brodin are in the infirmary. I think it's actually good thing for guys like Larsson and Phillips. Now they need to step up more and push themselves a bit further. I say good for the prospect development and bad for Aeros. Brodin and Granlund gain nothing tho.

I was under the impression Zucker would be back for this game. Is that still true?

I remember a tweet saying something about him Possibly being back tonight..havent heard any news yet though!

Hopefully we can get him back without Granlund..

Larsson would probably be centering him and Coyle on the top line I'd assume

That 1st line is still very good and one of the best in the league imo.

With Coyle and Zucker on his line, anybody think Larsson could be on the verge of a NYQUIST EXPLOSION?

so Zucker is back...that's good news! so only three of our top 5 prospects are out. Sweet. With Zucker back in, the shot totals should still be up in respectable numbers at least. Hopefully we can pick up some garbage around the net and keep this one from becoming a blowout.

That's kinda funny in a way. Only 60% of our top 5 are out.

If it's a blowout it can get very ugly. But let's hope not.

Any links for this one? I have the radio broadcast but only the OKC one seems to be working.
