I'll take it. Although if you're making a bet you'd need a less subjective definition than "elite"
3 different players top 100 points in the first full (82 game) season after the lockout (3:1)

Take it all day. We are building a huge convention center right next to the rink and Poile and co. have said that they want it to happen. I think 2014 or 2015 is more likely, but I'll take 20-1
5:1 Suter gets traded because of his comments about Leopold "not negotiating in good faith"

Leave it. Strongly depends a lot on his line-mates though.
2:1 Anyone besides Stamkos leads the league in goals.

Take it. Even though he is the best pure goal scorer in the game, injury can derail anybody and if the choice is Stamkos or anybody else in the league, I'll take the field.
4:1 Byfuglien outscores (points) Karlsson next hockey season.

leave it, I think Karlsson will lead the next d man by a good margin again barring injury
Taylor Hall will score the most out of the "big four" next year (4:1)

Leave it. RNH and Eberle will beat him, plus he's injury prone.
5:1 a Dman wins Hart in the next 5 years

At 10:1, I'll take it, but at 5:1 I wouldn't. Doubt it happens, but worth 10:1 because a repeat offender could do something dumb.
5:1 Bryz is in the top 5 SV% next full NHL season

I'll take Malkin's Hart, Stammer's Rocket, and Hank's Vezina. Doubt it'll happen, but sure, at 8:1.
1.5:1 JBo ever makes the playoffs

I'd take it. Comes down to if there's a lockout and the NHL players stay all season I think it's likely Malkin or Kovy would win it. Even if they get back to the NHL and Radulov wins I'd still take 4:1 on him coming back.
Phoenix repeats as division champs (5:2)

Take it.
6:1 - A team that finished last in its division last season will make the playoffs this (or next) season, depending on when lock out is over.

Ill take it at 6:1. Carolina, Anaheim or Montreal could make the playoffs.
The players take less than 50% of the HRR (2:1)

I'll take that bet. I don't see any of the going anywhere.
Maybe I'm the one that's getting this backwards but I think alot of people are getting this bet thing messed up.
Anyways...

leave it, even at those odds
Malkin, Stamkos, Lundqvist, Quick, Karlsson, Landeskog, Alfredsson, Bergeron, Pacioretty, Campbell, Halak, and Elliot.
most likely out of this list would be one of Halak or Elliot, but I can't see it happening.
perry hitting 50 goals
I'll take it at 5:1 odds (especially if he comes to Vancouver
)
Giroux hits 100 points (in the next full nhl season) 2:1

What questions do you have about the betting stuff? If it's odds 6:1 (the same as +600) means for every $1 you bet it pays out $6 if you take the bet and are correct.
In my last scenario if you bet $100 and any of those players end up getting traded, you'd get a payout of $700, if none of them do you lose your $100.

I'll take that. Injuries are always a concern but if he plays a full schedule I expect him to.

Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg/Edmonton
I think the first three will make it, and at 7:1 odds I'll take a chance on Win/Ed/Cal/Tor making it
lol didn't see the last post, I'll take the odds on Mackinnon
