really looking forward to this. If the NHL strike end this week along with this. It will actually feel like hockey season. Yak should tear it up. Will be good to watch Makinnon and Mcdavid as well.

Yakupov is going to be lights out, I'm calling it (not the most bold prediction). After doing so well in the KHL, this tournament will be a breeze for him.

I'll be cheering for 10-9 Canada wins in every game - Yak with 9 goals/game.

Yes! On the NHL Network. Looks like they'll be using the sportsnet feed and will be shown live tonight at 7PM EST.

Looking forward to Yakupov vs MacKinnon tonight. And this will be my first time seeing Zharkov in game action.

Here's hoping the NHL and NHLPA can end the lockout in the next 10 days and Yakupov can go straight from the SSS to training camp.

Any word on the lines?

It would be awesome if we saw a Zharkov - Grigorenko - Yakupov line.

Grigorenko will probably be centering Yakupov but I'm not crazy about that duo, they don't have much chemistry since the summit series tournament they participated in was painful to watch at times.

Yakupov and Grigorenko were terrible in the summertime together.

Is Yakupov expected to play in all the games? Or did they bring enough players to split, with each getting ~3-4?
