You guys need me on the team, I used to play a bit of club in NHL 12 and honestly my absolute favorite position is D. Starting the break out, jumping up in the rush, protecting home crease, crushing guys coming through the neutral zone trying to dangle their way through our team - get that disrespectful **** outa here!
Again, nobody is "In Charge" of the Club. But the only thing i ask is that if you're going to play with us, have a mic. We suck but we are actually trying to win games and that gets even harder if you can't communicate with your teammates.

be real fuss.. what communication do we do that is relevant to the game? haha
there is some like "im gonna try to win the faceoff to (player)" or "dump it on goal for a Stockey" but theres never any like,
-"dump it in"
-"wall"
-"1, 2, 1, 2" (give and go)
-"drop"
-"point"
-"in the slot"

SUBdrewgANS has been removed from the league and club for questioning the Commissioner
You and me both. I've done pretty horrendous in my games so far, which i might not care about if I didn't have my 1st heading over Boston's way for that offersheet.
Had some pretty good games, I think Buffalo actually scored on me on his first three shots, lol.

Considering using one of my posts as a record keeper for "Record during Double Advance". It seems like some/a lot of you are anxious about how the double advance will treat your team and your place in the standings. Maybe if we keep track of team's records we can get a better understanding of the best way to set your team up during the double advance?

Calgary is about to ruin my 4 consecutive shutout streak since playing you.
At least any injuries that happen now will be healed by playoffs. The sims I get nervous about are the ones right before the playoffs lol. We should come up with a way to do away this those, perhaps have all the sims in the first 75% of the season?
Does anyone know if there's a fatigue effect on goalies? I'm debating whether I should bench Lindback for the sim or if he'll be fine playing like 75 games this year.
I must admit, I love the current format. Injuries make it interesting, every team has just as good of a chance as the next one of having their star player hurt (besides Columbus. When you have 0 stars you have 100% chance of not having your stars get hurt )
But if we do change it, mayb before trade deadline, reverse what we do now? 2 sims then 1 play. Then after deadline play everything.

none whatsoever. Miller started every game for me last year = Vezina

No fatigue effect as far as i know. Most teams had their goalies start 70+ games

I was trying to find this out last year. I don't think it does. Buf started Miller every game last year I think and same with Car with Ward and I think both ended up doing pretty well.
