Our awesome PM using tax dollars for a great cause
Opportunity cost. Presence of PM in India to discuss free trade agreement, potential investment from Indian companies in resource industries and creating national relationships is worth more than transporting armoured cars (for safety of a human being). There's more to most of the articles than meets the eye.

My hockey teams suckss, a lot of guys can't pass/recieve a pass or set up a play.

I'm surprised we won 5-2, bunch of flukey breakaways lol.

Got a goal and an assist at least which was alright.

What are some of the better Colleges in Ontario? I've been mainly focusing on University but I'm starting to think College might be something I should be looking at too.

I don't really have a clue anymore, all this time since Grade 10 I was looking at Graphic Design/Photography but I was starting to second guess that because of all the looks people give me when I tell them, they're always like "oh..." like that's a silly thing to go to Uni for lol

Lol don't listen to them.

Ryerson's got a nice (and new building) Graphic Design program, hear great things about that.

In terms of College, I know George Brown has a good Graphic Design program. A cousin of mine graduated from there and is doing work for IBM now.

**** that. if you enjoy it and you're good at it then you'd be an idiot not to do it. And graphic designers can make good money. My cousin went to Mohawk college and he's about 26 now and he has his own company, store, works from home, makes pretty good money. Not saying it's a guarantee you'll be successful, but there are a lot of jobs in graphic design I think.

edit: my cousin and his sister's fiancee each made $2500 in one day just for going to a wedding and taking photos and filming it, then making it into a cd dvd thingy.

That's all nice, but what exactly is the need to ship his own Caddilac over to India? How does that help us with the trade goals at all? He already has armored vehicles with him wherever he goes. He is the first PM in the history of Canada to do this.

I see absolutely no point, or advantage in bringing his own car there.

And to those of you who remember, that Calc midterm I thought I failed in - ended up getting a 78

Safety. At the end of the day, India is still a developing country with a large poor class, quite a few who may be desperate to earn a quick buck.

Trust me when I say this Hurt, and as a person who has been in that region for 12 years, there is no one who can touch Harper in India. Not a chance. Even if he was travelling in a bulletproof taxi supplied by the Indian govt.

Those foreign diplomatic cars just don't have the same stash capacity.

Congrats on the test.

Not true. There must have been some warning or tip-off for him to take such action. India is a mix of the most modern cities with the biggest slums in the world. Not a prideful matter but it's still a miracle that place is holding together with the conflicts that are present in the daily life for a middle class family. So for a person of his status, it doesn't hurt at all to take such security measures.

There has been terrorist attacks all over South Asia. It's a huge risk being there right now. I don't blame you for being opposed to it but I just don't see the huge issue that it seems to be being made in to.
