Just take a screenshot - hit that fancy little print screen button on your keyboard - and then paste it into your favorite graphics program (windows paint will do).

You can take a screenshot using PrtScn and paste it into Word or Paint.

- Unplug your computer from your printer.
- Press the "Print Screen" button (it reads PrtSc on my computer)
- open any sort of image editor (Paint, CorelDraw, whatever)
- go to Edit, and Paste the image into a blank file
- crop the part of the picture that you want
- save image
- enjoy.
