Anyone listen to Matisyahu? I can't decide if I like this new sound of his or not. Certainly it's more radio friendly than his old stuff, and I certainly like the old stuff better, but it's still lyrically pretty good and I still like his voice. I think I like it, but it feels wrong because the audio effects make it sound like the new pop that I generally despise.
T(Dog) was talking way too much in this episode. I knew he would die. Lori was surprising though. I kinda wanted her to die from her baby dying inside of her and ripping her insides out as a walker (crawler?).
Bruce was kind enough to get my son Sam (7 yrs old) a box to stand on b/c we were in the front row and he couldn't see over the stage. Sam quickly jumped on stage & got a high five from Bruce and a kiss on the head!! Later Bruce handed him a guitar pic
I was expecting Lori to go out this season but the way the episodes are going so far I assumed it would be more like the graphic novels with the Gov. involved.
Just came back from the cinema. Really enjoyed End Of Watch.
Both Gyllenhaal and Pena were great, Miami Vice-like camera, spot on atmosphere, good jokes, emotional ending.
It feels real, human. Simply a very likeable movie for me. Probably the most entertaining cop movie since SWAT. I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised.
American Horror Story surprised me. The show is ****ing insane and it's actually really good.
It's definitely a hell of a lot more exciting than last season and that is saying something. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it though. Just strange.
I missed episodes 2 and 3 of AHS, but caught up by reading reviews and watching a few clips so I understood last nights episode
I think the difference with this season and last, is that last season opened up so many different stories and they dragged out the suspense each week which had you coming back for more and they did an awesome friggen job in doing so - where as with this season, while there are still plenty of new stories being opened each episode, the story line is moving along more smoothly and questions are answered quicker (whether one likes it that way or not is up to them, but there is some juicy stuff going on right now and so far so good)
Watched the HIMYM from this past Monday. Not a stellar episode, the show is clearly declining in terms of ideas, marking time until the inevitable end of the show.
Pretty cool that it ended up being named after a line that was never in the original story or even the original script of Blade Runner, just something improvised by Rutger Hauer that fit and was thrown in.
How ****ing weird was the end of the Walking Dead last night? The phone was like "why is there a phone in this random ass room in a prison?" And I don't know how Rick is going to recover. And is Andrea going to try and leave Woodbury? And will Michonne come back and help her if she isn't allowed? Ugh. Questions.

She clearly is a huge fan of both the original based book and the movie so this story should be as good as it could get outside Ridley making a sequel. Wait, he made a companion movie to the original Alien after all these years... maybe... just maybe...
Blade Runner 2 — we’re still lacking any better title for the project, so consider that name to be a dull placeholder — and that Scott was keen on featuring a strong female protagonist in the then-still-arguably-hypothetical sequel. “… I started my first meetings on the Blade Runner sequel last week. We have a very good take on it. And we’ll definitely be featuring a female protagonist,” Scott told reporters at the time.
