Drew Carey ruined the US version six seconds into the first episode when he told us that the points didn't matter. If you can't piece that together yourself, you're too stupid to own a television.

The only thing that made the US version superior to the UK version was that they never wasted time with Film & Theatre Styles. Never cared for that game.

I believe Drew Carey, Ryan and Colin just had too many other projects on the go and eventually decided to drop it because of their busy schedules. Could be wrong but that's how I saw it.

If there was a new version of the show who do you guys think would be well suited to replace Carey as Host/Moderator? What other comedians/actors would you like to see give it a shot aswell? Let's just say for the sake of argument that both Ryan and Colin would both be back in some capacity, even if it wasn't every show.

I would love to see Chevy Chase on a show or two. I think he'd gel perfectly.

The episode with Robin Williams on it is funny as hell. Might be an all-time classic.

There's a couple of "Scenes From A Hat" collections on YouTube that are 30 minutes, 38 minutes and an hour apiece that had me rolling.

Sound Effects with just Ryan and Colin (no audience members) was probably my favorite (along with Scenes from a Hat and Props).

That skit was almost always a riot. Party Quirks and Props were my other favorites. Couldn't stand Superheroes, I was surprised to see someone mention it.

I love this show. Was extremely excited when I saw that Colin would be on that new version of The Match Game. Unfortunately it sucked and Colin got less airtime than anyone.

Man, I love this show. Ryan and Colin were the best. Wayne was sometimes all right.
Drew was awful.

I dunno I thought Drew fit the show pretty well. His hysterical laugh was a trigger. Once he broke, I broke.

That was one of his redeeming factors - after having watched stuffy Clive Anderson on the UK version for so many years, it was fun to hear Drew pissing himself laughing off to the side.

I loved the show. Mostly watched the US version. Brady, Stiles and Mochrie were awesome. Especially Stiles and Mochrie skits. Brady was really good in one-man challenges.

Favorite segment is scenes out of a hat. Stiles would usually pick on Carey.

That was the only time Carey was actually funny:

"Welcome to 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?', the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter. That's right, the points are just like underwear to Sharon Stone. "

"Welcome to "Whose Line Is It Anyway" the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter. That's right, the points are just like the plot line of a porno film."

"Welcome to Whose Line Is It Anyway? where everything's made up and the points don't matter. That's right! The points are like the thongs section in the Big & Tall store."

"Welcome to 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?', the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter. That's right, the points are just like Canada."

"The points don't matter just like Jerry Springer's final thought. "

"The points don't matter. Just like a comb to Colin Mocherie , it just doesn't matter."

and many many more. Google it.

My favorite Wayne singing moment. Love how he's laughing too hard to finish the song.

Agreed. He has a contagious laugh. Once he started going, I'd be pissing my pants laughing. I usually didn't like him at the end when he'd come on and do a skit himself, but as a host I thought he was great.

Used to watch the British version all the time when they ran it on Comedy Central. Didn't care for the US version very much outside of Colin, Greg and Ryan.

There was one time where Brad Sherwood was really good when he was singing about Niroshi. It was hilarious because he couldn't find words that rhyme with such an unusual name.
