EA keep saying those missing players need to play at least 1 game with their teams but hey, it's November (almost for some) and EA found a new reason that is untrue!

It will likely never happen.

If the lockout ends, maybe they will realize it's time to make a mega roster update. Who knows... Even though, I refuse to believe it.

I mean, the Wild still have Foster, Christensen, etc on the online roster.

As well as Be A GM roster.

I traded Foster and Christensen to Boston (IIRC) for their 2013 1st.

I usually do so too, but I was simply too eager to get to play GM.

Speaking of which, want to play tomorrow? EASHL or Online VS or whatever. I'm tired (yes, it happens even for me) now but I'd be willing to get my ass kicked on the evening. We could get some team EASHL action going as well, I played a couple of sparring games today but I still need to improve my online pro. I'll commit to D from early on so I learn it properly with the new physics and all.

Well, I believe it's playoff time in EASHL so let's see if we can win at least 1 game tomorrow afternoon once I come back from work.

BTW, the poke check is very strong in NHL 13 as you might have noticed.

I have indeed. Love it.

I also noticed that it's much more realistic in terms of offense/scoring. Slap shots are actually effective finally and while goalies have improved, they also make more realistic errors.

I think I've managed to somewhat grasp the basics of the NHL 13 defensive play already.

Will have some time off in December. Wondering if I should go with Black Ops II or the Franchise Hockey Manager. I know I have spent plenty of hours with EHM but I never played the first Black Ops....decisions, decisions.

I wish Halo was a PC FPS series rather than a console FPS. I just dont get how anyone can play an FPS with those tiny thumbsticks.

You give up some accuracy but I find it more fun to play on a big screen TV from my couch.

You can hook up your PC to a big screen TV with a HDMI cable though. I'd do so if I had a bigger TV than this 22" one that I use as a PC monitor as well as with my PS3. Only downside is that it only has one (1) HDMI port so I have to switch cables every time I want to play some NHL 13.

My friend has his PC hooked up to his 42" TV though. It's awesome to play hot seat Civ V from sofa.
