Well..
Petersson is finally away from Cannone!

Prepare for a multi-point game by him guys.

Also, Zib is playing center. Lets hope he stays there.

Well..
Like that 1st line

Petersson-Zibanejad-Prince
Silfverberg-Pageau/Da Costa-Hoffman
Dziurzynski-Grant-Jessiman
Schneider-Cannone-Cowick

Is what I'd do

Bingo could really use Cowen and Stone back... Once they get them back, they'll be a lot better as a team

That is so good. Richardson has to be able to dominate with those combinations.

And yes, get Prince on the LW and Peterson to the RW I think.

Senators being careful with injured Cowen

“At this point, we’re being careful,” Binghamton coach Luke Richardson said Thursday. “He’s out indefinitely, but we thought it was nothing, really, at the beginning. It was great to work with him last year (in Ottawa), and I’m sure he’s disappointed and frustrated.”

Binghamton general manager Tim Murray says the Senators’ No. 1 priority is to make sure Cowen is fully recovered before putting him back on the ice. While Murray wouldn’t specify the exact nature of the injury, he says there is some concern that bringing Cowen back too soon could lead to additional injuries.

Any recommendations from the Bingo folk for places to go before/after the game? Heading down on the bus from Ottawa this Saturday, staying in the Holiday Inn I think, so prefer places within walking distance of the arena. Thanks!

You're in the heart of the city, all downtown walking distances..the 'strip' has dozen of bars/restaurants on State Str and Exchange Str, cannot miss it..Lost Dog Cafe is also a great place for food off the strip

Have fun and welcome!

LOL. That's the first time I've heard State St. referred to as the "strip". Good one, Ski!

Dillinger's is my haunt and is a popular place on game nights. If you are staying at Holiday Inn and like micro-brews. Water Street Brewing Company is about a block and a half away. They have a limited food menu, but the beer is worth going for.

http://www.binghamtoncvb.com/ Had a great time browsing Bingo before the game on opening night. You can get an awesome chili dog at Binghamton Hots after the game. A lot of the clubs are loaded w/ students.

Ottawa bus trip gives hockey fans a quick fix

The two friends decided to satisfy that craving for hockey by organizing a bus trip to Binghamton to see Ottawa’s American Hockey League affiliate. About 50 fans from Ottawa will be cheering at Broome County Veternas Memorial Arena on Saturday against the Norfolk Admirals.

“It was just an idea that came up in conversation and we decided to go for it,” von Teichman said. “I came on another bus trip to Binghamton during the Calder Cup run but we didn’t spend the night. So with the no hockey up here right now, we said ‘Let’s do it.’

Von Teichman’s group will leave Ottawa on Saturday morning and travel roughly 267 miles and five hours to Binghamton for the game. The group will stay the night at a nearby hotel before returning home Sunday.

“It will be nice to get a chance to see the city,” von Teichman said. “We’re just happy to see the B-Sens. Everybody is just really stoked.”

Ah ******.

While it probably is knee related, it may not be the knee itself. Hopefully not.

Can't wait until Sat night's game..been 2 weeks w/o a home game and it blows, cannot even imagine what you fine ppl in Canada are doing during the lockout..

Meanwhile, got my fix w/ my 12 yr old nephew playing in a home 4 day tournament w/ elite teams across the state starting tonight w/ a 2-1 win over Ithaca @BCC..Go JrB-Sens Go!!

It's awesome being in a hockey hotbed here in Bingo for the youth..

Meanwhile tomorrow's opponent, being Norfolk, was in town last night enjoying a night of bowling in one of our many bowling establishments..wonder which team won the bets?

I really hope Bingo comes out ready to play. Last game vs WBS it seemed like they BOTH went bowling the night before and came to a mutual agreement that they would go easy on each other the next day.
