They've postponed it to tomorrow, which is for the best. It wasn't gonna get any better tonight.

Went and Froze my ass off there for nothing and spent a decent amount of money. I'm pissed but now I'm just glad I'm home because I almost crashed twice on the parkway going home.

It was just completely braindead to not call the game off already yesterday. Would have saved people's time, money and health.

Should have been called much earlier...it was a steady snow down here at 1...and it only got worse.

I just feel like I'm getting pooped on by my favorite sports....

First there's the NHL lockout...

Then last night...
Got tickets to the Red Bulls match... and before you tell me "oh you take the risk by going..." or "you know what the weather report said" ... well no crap. But if the Devils are playing a playoff game and the weather is bad but the league and the the team insists that the game will go on no matter what... you're going to try to go right?

They should have cancelled the game in the morning yesterday... before 11 buses from DC made their way up... before us die hard (idiot) RBNY fans braved the weather, spent money on mass transit or parking, food, drinks, tickets, and merch...

Hell... they had 20 people continuously shoveling the field for over two hours. I honestly feel like they dragged it on for as long as possible just to get maximum concession profits... then they have no problem putting a half assed message on the screen asking fans to drive home in the worst of the storm.

... and we complain about Gary Bettman? This whole thing is Don Garber's fault. The Red Bulls were trying to cancel the game 24 hours in advance. Garber forced this whole thing to happen.... he even grabbed a shovel and stood on the field for a few minutes to the NBC cameras could get him on TV looking like he gives a damn... I can't make it tonight to the rescheduled game but I am not happy about how last night went down.

I'm not getting into it but if you're blaming Garber you're blaming the wrong guy

Seriously, if you want to private message me or talk to me on Facebook... please do. I really want to know what the heck happened. The communication in this whole deal is embarrassing. We have DC saying it's the Red Bulls fault... the Red Bulls saying it's the MLS' fault, and players like Dax McCarty saying on Twitter "The players wanted to play... I'll leave it at that."

In the end the fans were put in a dangerous situation last night. The drive home was downright frightening. I know I know... we assume the risk. But still... help me figure out what happened.

Newcastle comes from behind to secure a road draw. Not thrilled but definitely happy about the fightback.

D.C. is clogging the midfield. Going by the flanks works a lot better for NY than long balls towards the top two.

And now Rafa with a red card. And I saw a Devils jersey in the front row of the supporters section. Nice.
