Ahh... Engrish.com. It's been a while since I've visited, such a humorous site indeed.
All this talk about Grimaldi and no one has brought up Marty St. Louis? Grimaldi is also pretty solid physically as well, as he demonstrated at the draft combine leading in a few tests and had one of the lowest body fat percentages that year. He might be 5' 6", but he's also 170 pounds of muscle, I'm sure he'll do alright in the NHL.
He is big (albeit it skinny right now), an extremely smooth skater, has amazing vision, likes to play physical and is very confident.
I'm loving him right now for the Eagles (I have season tickets). He has made some freshman mistakes (i.e. silly penalties, defensive lapses) but nothing catastrophic or unfixable.
He is arguable the best defensemen on the squad 6 games into the season as a freshman. He has certainly shown why he was a first round pick already. Looks much better than Kreider did here as a freshman. I am actually really jealous of your guys and this pick. He looks like a stud.

He scored a goal in today's game.
He seemed like an off-the-radar pick but I'm excited to see how he develops.
edit: having trouble getting the video to show but here's the link anyways!
Thank you for that. They showed two games on the highlights. I think they will be televising a couple of BC games in December on one of the Fox sports channels. Maybe the defense will look something like this in 2015: Gudbranson, Kulikov, Petrovic, Matheson, Ellerby and ????
- Seems like they are rotating the goalies in Denver so Brittain isnt playing every game now...may help to keep him fresh for the stretch run
- Matheson has been on the top pairing for BC since day 1 it seems and now its starting to pay off
- Megan & Bjugstad are now tied with 4g apiece for leading our NCAA prospects in goal scoring...a little surprising but we saw Megan start to grow last season
- Grimaldi is tied for the leading scorer for the Sioux (with Danny Kristo) at 6 pts
Huberdeau with 4 assists tonight. Matheson with another assist for Boston College tonight. Wade Megan with a goal and 2 assists for Boston U. so far in their game tonight. A lot of positive development from most of the prospects this season so far.

I'm pretty excited when I think of Huby on a line with Mules (and perhaps Upshall). Just seems like they could do some damage.
ghoste...or anyone else...what is going on with Bjugstad? I was expecting him to dominate college this year but he has 5 goals, 2 assists in 10 games...has he been playing injured, different linemates...can anyone say how he has looked? I thought he was excellent during the prospect camp and also thought he was one of the better forwards for the U.S. junior team last year...I hope he turns out to be a good one.
