Three of team Finland's lines played an awful 1st period.

There seem to be a lot of days like that for Finland. I truly hope at least one of our kids becomes a decent goal-scorer, we're in desperate need of a good sniper. This is just EHT, but even if it was the WHC or the Olympics, we'd still have the same problem.

Just saw the Fin - Cze highlights.. OMG Hietanen showing hes worthy again. Juuso Hietanen... Again the "hero" of the night on Fridays game. How is hietanen & mäenpää allways Jalonen favourites, even thought they clearly suck.

Unlike Ossi Väänänen, who keeps showing he is the best DD we have, even thought he wouldnt even need to show it anymore. What a after hagmans mistake.

looks like entire team finland has lost their self-confidence and i blame Rinne and Rask they probaply save all shots in practices.

so every player thinks that they are just so bad shooters and thats the reason why they keep passing the puck and nobody wants to shoot becouse they fear failing.
last year at swedens eht we had coach pasi nurminen as a goalie in practices and backup and we scored 7 goals against czechs same night
i think we need one really bad goalie in practices to help our team goal scoring problems

any suggestions mayby some tps junior??? rinne and rask are too good.

125 mins and one goal thats unacceptable for this finnish team

Yea, GF avg. of less than 0.5.

And that goal.. great by/for Nedved but still, brutal turnover and D on that goal.

Should not have lost that game, we had so many scoring chances. Pavelec played ok, though. Or we just made him look that way.

Sakari Salminen with a nice goal! 1-0 for Finland against Sweden pretty early in the first.

As a Swede, it feels like this is the only game that matters in every EHT tournament... Screw you Finns!!

Why did Mårts bring Fantenberg if he doesn't plan on using him on the PP? He's using Freddy Pettersson instead, wtf..

Nice goal, but very lucky! He lost control of the puck a few times and was really lucky getting it back. If he hadn`t lost control he woulda been stripped of the puck easily...

And why did he bring Melker Karlsson when he's hardly ever using him on the PK?

1-1 KUNG CARL <3 I am not surprised it was him... He deserved it though, he's been awesome (like always) this whole tourney!

Guys are just used randomly. Why is Hörnqvist not parked infront of the goal all the time for example.
