I have to say I like the NHL's 3 shooter format better than 5. There's more tension sooner.

Campbell was really strong last shootout, he looked like he was fighting it all night tonight. We definitely would have won tonight if he was on his game, he lost it for us.

Absolutely insane we had 49 shots tonight, that's a good sign though probably an outlier. Guys like Fraser and Chiasson will break their scoring slumps eventually, as we saw tonight.

If the team can get a consistent D-to-O transition going and generate shots like we saw tonight, we'll win some games. Not every night Campbell is going to be as bad as he was tonight.

i prefer the 5 because it feels more definitive.

Anyone see the fight? Seems like you'd sorta have to get your *** handed to you to hit your head on the boards in a fight. Unless it was just a wrestling match and you fall back into the boards.

He got tagged a few times but I don't think the punches themselves are what kocked him down. Still, I would say he got his ass handed to him.

So I guess Nilstorp has to be considered the starter at this point? The weekend could've easily been arranged for JC to play 2 out of the 3.

If it's mono he shouldn't be playing.... who knows what's going on down there. Such a weird situation. A non-existent season at the NHL level and a season we can't get excited about at the AHL level.
