I was suggesting this as a possible trade on the leaf's boards, I think it would benefit both teams. Bobby has three years left on his contract, which raises his value compared to Kessel's one year. Kessel has just had a breakout year, and is probably always going to put up more points; but from what I have seen/understand Ryan has more of an impact on the game than Phil physically, and can still put up great numbers. I see them as the same value based on contract status, without contract status I give a slight edge to Phil.
My reason for including Bobby is because of the recent media scuffle with him wanting to leave, I could be totally off-base including him in a proposal, I really don't know. Just my opinion of a good trade, and I'm looking for yours.
