I'd be happy if he turns out to be a winner like Osgood. Three cup rings are nothing to balk at.
Oh, and Chris Osgood (who should be inducted in the Hall Of Fame) was only 5'10". Goalie height is overrated.
Only in Detroit is Osgood consider a HOFer, hahaha.
Mrazek actually could 6'1, 6'2. What makes him look short is he wears shorter leg pads compared to 99% of the league, but goalers you want to draft is ones that have the ability to make big saves, what Mrazek provides is not only that big save, but the next rebound as well.
Mrazek struggled early giving up 2 goals in the first but played much better afterwards and only gave up 3 goals total. Grand Rapids defense today was terrible but luckily he only gave up 3

Yep, a game like this is a game where McCollum would have fallen even harder in the second half and allowed Rockford to win. Mrazek was lights out the second half of the game, only the third goal he let in was bad.

Mccollum is so weak mentally. As soon as one goal goes in the flood gates open
Go look at how many current starting NHL goalies are 5'10. This isn't the 90's anymore. Goaltending is different and much improved.
Almost half of the goalies that played a game in th NHL last year were 6'1 or under.
Tim Thomas, who won the Stanley Cup and multiple Vezina trophies, is under 6'0. The most recent Conn Smythe trophy winner, Johnathan Quick, is under 6'2.
Basically, you don't know what you're talking about.

5'10 apparently equates to 6'1 and I don't know what i'm talking about. Fascinating.

You are right that 'size' seems to be the trend, but it's not the rule. It's more the hype. Goalie size is overrated.
you don't know what the word overrated means, or hype for that matter.

That dude is 6ft on paper only. Probably closer to 5'10", the guy is small.
