I really like Ryan Suter as a comparable - aside from two fantastic seasons where he put up 45 and 46 points, he's hovered around the mid-high 30's. Suter is smooth and smart and an exceptional defenseman but he's not exactly an offensive dynamo. Same with Reinhart. Suter has averaged 0.44 points per game throughout his career which equates to 36 points in a full season and that's around where I'd expect Reinhart to be most years.
I always said from all the scouting reports it sounds like Reinhart is Ryan Suter in Shea Weber's body. lol
If anyone cares Jesse Graham played center tonight for the Ice Dogs. Strome was fantasitc as usual, Theoret has really improved as well this season in his expanded role.
Love seeing this from Pelech. He's on pace to shatter his previous best point totals. He's also going to put on a lot more PIM's this year. All this and on a last place team.
For those watching him on a nightly basis, has he really improved this much or is it just that he's one of the better players and he's being used more frequently?

i said Pelech was a steal at the time.
Guys I wanted the Isles to Pick in the Pokka spot was Finn, Thrower, or Pelech....When we got him in the 3rd I was estatic.
He seems like he will be a real solid NHL. mayby never an all star but an important part of a team. Like a Scudieri

From my understanding Erie has the next 15 year old wunderkid on the team and he has got more then a PPG
Nino is in the top 10 in scoring and the top 5 in goals in the AHL. Adam Pelech is in the top 3 among scoring for defensemen in the OHL.... and he was a guy drafted solely for his defensive game.
Strome clearly has no commitment to the defensive side of the ice.
I'm surprised to read this. In July, Corey Pronman over at hockeyprospectus, wrote that Strome had worked very hard in 2011-2012, to improve defensively.
Now you are saying, Strome's not giving much of an effort defensively?
Strome with 16 points in his last 5 games and +27 on the season. He can definitely be doing a little more

We get to see Pelech and Strome tomorrow night for team OHL vs Russia on the NHL Network. I believe Wednesday or Thursday we get to see Reinhart for team WHL. It's a shame the Russians didn't pick Pedan, he's playing like a stud. Most likely wont make Team Russia for the WJHC's either.
Is this a typo ? Ledoufus a PLUS 2 ? Well good job Ledoufus, getting the plus/minus down to -22. All joking aside, looks like Leduc, Pedan and Pelech play for terrible teams. At least Pelech's team has Connor McDavid for the next 3 years. What an amazing player for a 15 year old.

Wednesday night should be fun as Niagara plays Erie.

Rhett Rakhshani is tied for 6th in the SEL with 18 Points (9G, 9A) in 19 games, also a +10. He is tied for 2nd in the SEL in goals.
Does anyone follow Kirill Petrov anymore? He appears to be having a bad start in the KHL. He's got eight points in 22 games. Eight forwards and two defencemen on his team have more points.
Closing in on 23 years old (in five months), seemingly a third liner in an inferior league, is it fair to consider him irrelevant, given how so many other Isles prospects are developing so nicely?
