If we can come to terms with this indifference and accept the challenges of life within the boundaries of death, our existence as a species can have genuine meaning and fulfillment. However vast the darkness, we must supply our own light.” - Stanley Kubrick
I took my new bottle of Ketel One vodka and put it in my fiancee's deep freezer. It's been 2 hours and fortunately it hasn't frozen solid like the last quarter of my bottle of Russian Standard did.
Will be interesting to see if this bottle will end up freezing between now and whenever I finish it. If it doesn't, then I'll most likely chalk that last experience up to my bottle of Russian Standard being from a bad batch or alot more watered down of vodka than I thought. But if this Ketel does freeze....then I'll be looking for a new deep freezer.

Just buy a thermometer for a couple bucks Seems like a more reasonable first step.
shouldn't have run in the dark (i went during half-time of that abortion of a game). i thought the streetlights would guide me. twisted my damn ankle. still not as bad as that time i went running in the rain and fell down some stone stairs.

edit: hey i found a picture of said stairs:
Did you comically bounce your way down the whole flight of steps? Or was it more of a slow motion, Samuel Jackson from Unbreakable kind of fall?
