Summary: Marlies are completely solid. Every line is great. Lots of speed. Colborne and Kadri really seem to be getting it together as linemates, colborne really using the body and kadri using the quick passes to give him space. Jake Gardiner best player in the world.

haha these OKC announcers are funny they're calling the game with absolutely no emotion now, after the 4th goal the response was...."Scott shoots and scor...wow what is going on?" Funny interactions between the two commentators.

Scoring summary from period 1:

1. TOR Acton, (1) (Ranger, Yeo), 0:36
1. TOR Deschamps, (2) (Ranger, Gardiner), 17:45
1. TOR Ryan, (3) (Hamilton, D'Amigo), 18:24
1. TOR Scott, (2) (Kostka, Kadri), 19:12

Colborne gets the 3rd assist on Scott's goal due to good board work on the cycle .

Yup. He had a good shift. I think he was actually trying to get the puck to Colborne but it missed and went to Kostka who threw it in front of the net where Scott buried it. Goalie had no chance.

What do you think of Ranger? How is he in his own zone? 7 points in 9 games, +9...

If there is a NHL season, do you think he gets a sniff?

Yeah it worked out in the end. I'm liking the Kadri-Colborne pairing. They seem to be developing chemistry too.

I like him. He's getting better and better. Really smart player, would probably be better at the NHL level.

Lock out probably the best thing for him, and yes I do believe he'd get a look.

If they continue like this, they could be really dangerous. 2/3 of the kadri-colbourne-frattin line is coming together nicely

The color guy for the Barons sounds like he's about 95 years old. He normally sounds like this

Colborne almost had one at the side on the PP, just ran out of space. Had Danis down and out. Tried to put it up top.

Yeo just got enough of Eberle to stop an easy tap in goal.

Showing good recovery. It's hard to really be confident in him though lol due to his wild acrobatic style (and his history of inconsistencies).

Colborne was all alone, but denied as he puts it right into the pads. Was at the end of a shift, and I'm not sure he was expecting to get into such a spot to score.

Gah! Colborne alone in front and can't bury it.
Also, Kadri got rubbed out about 4 seconds after he made a pass. Where's the call? Sheesh.

Bah..thought Yeo hit the puck first myself, but a really close call. Marlies off to the PK.

Marlies used Zigomanis for the defensive faceoff, then switched him off for Greg Scott. Scott/D'Amigo on the PK again (Carter Ashton seeing PK time too and looked good).

Acton/Ashton look like the 2nd PK unit.
