Rynnas doing a great job of being really aggressive, but keeping square to the puck/shooters.

Marlies kill the PK.

Aucoin with an interesting shift. In on a partial break and misses on the slap shot. Turns over the puck at center ice so he immediately goes right at the guy he turned the puck over to and throws his body right into him. Good response on the turnover.

It isn't quite over yet.

There is a lot of firepower on the Barons, so nothing is safe...

Sounds like a good shift on the Kadri line.

Kadri so close several times. Damn. Can't believe that line didn't score on the pp.

Really good puck movement by Kadri. Set up a few chances for himself and others on the PP. Could of had a few.

Pretty clear that both Colborne and Kadri are squeezing their sticks a bit too tight.

Hopefully they get the monkey of their backs soon.

I gotta give credit where it's due. The first few games I accused Ranger of having a low hockey IQ. I think I even said he looked lost out there at times. He's certainly improved quickly. A couple solid solo rushes mixed in with some good defensive play. He's not fancy, but just gets the job done.

how does losing one of your best d-men in Tuebert for a 4th liner in Acton give them a advantage. John Eric are the Barons controlling the play like the announcers are saying?

Big pressure from Barons top line. Almost score after much scrambling. Too much passing from Eberle. Finally draw a pp.

Marlies caught running around a bit at the end of the 4 on 4 take a penalty and are off to the PK.

The big three's talent were showcased on that last PP. Tic-tac-toe with Hall coming in through back door.

Hopefully the Marlies can take the momentum back.

Looks like Edmonton's top line gets at least one point for this game.

Because the Barons are probably the best 4 on 4 team in the league. Teubert shouldn't get much icetime in a 4 on 4 situation anyways.

I'd certainly give them that. They have serious speed in their line up and it's on display in 4-on-4 situations.

I watched the OKC/ABB game last week and that Hall/RNH/Eberle line was on a different level. Surprised we've kept them to 1 goal right now. Keep it tight boys.

To their defense, it is an early game and that may have some impact on them.

It's an early game for Marlies too, no? What time is the game there?
