I'd be leaving my home around 5:45-6:00am, and leaving work at 4:00pm.
I'm currently doing an hour and a half of commute. But that's mostly because freeways in LA are ****** beyond belief during rush hour. It's not too bad if you have something to do during the ride. I usually listen to a podcast which for the most part covers a one way trip. That or XM radio. XM radio is a godsend for long commutes.

I in full agreement about XM/Sirius. Been a subscriber since XM's start and don't regret it one bit. I love that I can now have Stern on since they merged. I tend to find myself on Stern, Raw Dog, Liquid Metal, Alt Nation, Lithium (harr, grunge!!) and Ozzy's Boneyard. The one thing that sucks is that the merger got rid of XM's punk station, but that's a minor inconvenience.

I used to commute from Benicia to just down the street from Great America. Brutal, brutal commute. It was a dream job (at the time) but even that could not make that commute worth it. After about a year I was completely burned out.

Now I commute 12 miles to work, no freeways, great job, great bosses, great company. I certainly do not take it for granted now.

Yeah I would just listen to music. I actually made the trip yesterday and made it in an hour which isn't so bad. I guess I'll just stick to commuting until my gf gets things sorted out which will be in about 9 months.

Eventually I would like to move near novato which would make my commute 40 minutes.

As long as he is Pinocchio in both of the upcoming adaptations, I'll be happy.

The next three officially cancelled shows:

666 Park Avaneue
Last Resort
Partners

You've just brought the worst possible news to the people who bought cartfuls of them in the hope that they'd be worth something.
