In response to Old John's thread about who some of your favorite unsung Bruins were over the years, I figured we could have some fun with the opposite. That being said, who are some of the players you wish were never on the Bruins? Guys that made you say why did we bother signing or trading for them?
The one guy that really stands out for me is Paul Coffey.
Can i even mention petr tenkrat? haha.. or kaberle of course. I never liked pj axelsson...sorry its a personal thing. Didn't think he was a horrible player but when he was on the 1st line at one point i wanted to strangle him and claude julien. Pj axelsson.. the greatest empty net goal scorer of all times.

You can mention whomever you want. It's open to anyone and everyone.
The guy that a ton of people here loved but I always hated was Rob Dimaio. Just never liked his game and thought he was terrible. Total liability on the ice, IMO.

Well i thought petr tenkrat wasn't even worth mentioning.. dude was as soft as ice cream. Hall Gill is another that sticks. He wasn't terrible but just a waste of size.

Gill was a personal favorite whipping boy of mine. I'm sure this will cue the "he's got a ring" crowd or the "he shut down Jagr" folks but I agree with you. He never used his size effectively, and since that was his biggest asset, I never liked him.
Jumbo.Joe.Thornton.
Kevin Stevens
Big Money Wides
Mats Naslund (remember Harry's major acquisition at the deadline one year, pulled him out of the mothballs in Sweden)
Pat Riggin
Bob Sweeney
Kaberle
Steve Kasper (as a coach)
Derek Morris
Sandy Moger
Matt Hunwick
Joe Murphy
Guy LaPointe too. Hated that they signed this washed up Hab, and it was made worse when they took down Dit Clapper's retired number and gave it to him.
Ahh, yes! Who can forget the Tom Fergus for Bill Derlago deal. Fergus was entering like his umpteenth year as the 4th line center and couldn't take it anymore. So they deal him after the first game of the 85-86 season (why do I know this?) for chump change in a washed up Derlago and Fergus goes on to pump home over 30 goals that year for the Leafs. Johnny Pierson still wistfully remembers Tommy's twisted wrister. Oh, and Derlago was shipped to the Peg later that year. (This moment in Bruins history is brought to you by W.B. Mason).

Well if nothing else, you should be happy that we got Knuble from the Rangers for him after he shredded management on the Hillman Morning Show the day after the Bourque trade.
I'll throw Marty McSorley's name into the ring for consideration.
Most of the guys in the Dave Lewis era... Remember guys like Langfeld and Mowers getting regular shifts?
I vaguely remember someone on here had written a journal detailing Dave Lewis' day and it included stuff about him kissing a painting he had of Mowers and was maybe the best thing I ever read on this board.
