Anyone have a problem where you are playing against the CPU and you lose connection to the EA servers? Happened to me twice this week and I had to replay the games both times. So annoying. I was winning both games and then I ended up losing them both. It didn't give me a DNF I don't think, well it shouldn't since I had to replay them from the beginning.

The hitting is ridiculous in this game. The computer crushes you everytime with no run up needed. When Brian Gionta can take out Chara like he is nothing, you know there is a problem with the physics engine.

I had Dan Boyle go down for 26 games against the CPU, that is a point I definitely agree with. It would be nice to be able to say **** this, I'm restarting this game.

Same here and I was scoring more than 1 goal a game. Now I'm back to being shut out everytime.

The difference between Pro and the next one is crazy. Turns Steve Mason into Patrick Roy.

I realize there is completely legitamate reasons for receiving a DNF especcially with these terrible servers. My feeling is just that because its impossible to tell whether or not a DNF is legit or not then some people are going to take advantage of it. So you might as well just allow it.

Personally if someone wants to replay a game against the cpu then go for it I dont really care what their reason is.

Sorry guys, I had been powerless for about 2 weeks which is why I was never on. Been away for a week too. I will hopefully be able to get on tomorrow after work.

I lost connection to ea servers last night in the middle of a cpu game. When I log back in to check and see if that actually counts as a DNF. (Apparently it does). And I noticed a lot of you including the commish have some really high DNF's Vs. CPU.

This was my suggestion to allow quitting Vs CPU. So I am fine with it, but can I get some confirmation here, that this is actually a rule?

If its not going to be a rule then we have a serious problem...

ya i left against the CPU like 20 times last night, 2 of which were on purpose i swear. i played Columbus maybe 5 or six times and every time i get to the end of the game, the servers would go down. i just ended up simming it, then the same problem popped up when i played Dallas. eventually i said screw it and simulated the rest of my games.

the sim today is gonna be late, after Chicago joins the league. im gonna give him a chance to sign FA's and make some trades if he wants to

I agree.

I think Mon-Fri and then Fri-Mon is a lot better. Mon-Wed gives us Monday and Tuesday night pretty much, as most of us can't play during the day from school/work.

Mon-Fri is a lot better, gives us Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night.

Why would anyone purposely quit against the CPU?

1.) To change the result of the game.

2.) To prevent an injury to a player.

I just think it should be fair. Can we please address this rule? Are we allowing people to dnf vs cpu?

Because as far as i know the rule is to not quit v cpu. However looking at the dnf rates in this league the rule is not being followed. I dont want to be the only person following it.

Backing out against the cpu is allowed. Nobody deserves to lose their best player for the season because of the cpu. The way i see it, you should only leave if your player gets hurt, and even then its not encouraged. I'm not gonna kick anyone for dnf with the cpu, only against players, so Theres gonna be an honour system i guess when it comes to this. If you feel cheated while playing the cpu and are getting beat, you should probably stick it out. Connection problems are another story, but it would take a very serious case for me to kick someone from the league. Seeing as i'm the only one above 20% dnf against the cpu i can only hope you guys trust me on the connection problems, but its more of a visibilty issue than a rules issue as far as i'm concerned
