That has more to do with the age of the players on the respective rosters than the talent of the players involved. Was watching the first game and they were referring to Antropov and Poni and "kids"...

In no way would I say anything nice about Ottawa and feel terrible for even thinking about it, but how good would that team have been if they were together right now. Hossa, Chara, Havlat (if healthy), Fisher. That's a pretty solid core right there.

Unlike Toronto who would have had only 5 active players.... yikes.
