Reilly was in the open before hte guy behind the net knew he had the puck.

Nice little dangle.

Then leads a rush and should have done a wrap around.

So far:

Colour me impressed!!!

I know it's way too early but boy am I glad we didn't pick Dumba.

People compare Dumba to Phaneuf but he should thank his lucky stars if he ever becomes as good as Phaneuf. That 3 on 1 should have been a goal or at least a chance.

Couple of notes:

Boy, do Rielly and Pulock look good together on that PP.

Rielly is SO smooth with the puck. Impressed so far. Don't remember when a Leafs prospect impressed me like this. We got a gem!

Dumba really likes to go out of his way to make the hit.

Really impressed with Siemens. Solid defensively and blocks big shots. Defensive stalwart.

Reinhart is a beast.

Travis Ewanyk is a one-man wrecking crew.

Will check in with more input as the game goes on.

Kind of funny how subwaysuperseries.ca has listed only 2 positions for skaters. D or C.

Based on Rielly's skillset, I find he is miles ahead of guys like Murray, Reinhart and Dumba. Murray's good, just way too safe a player for a 2nd overall.

WHL controlled that period. They couldn't finish their chances. Let's go goals!

He has the "hockey sense"

Like I said earlier he was moving into open space before hte guy behind the net realised he had the puck on his stick.

If he had passed it to Rielly as soon as he cleared the net and not 3 strides later, it would be 1-0 WHL.

Impressed by Sam Reinhart too. I don't think he's lost a faceoff yet. Possible #1 overall in 2014?

Murray plays a lot like Lidstrom. The more you watch him the more you like him.

Lidstrom never gave away the puck like Murray does.
