Where do you guys watch WHL games? Is there a specialty channel on television or a stream?

Hopefully, he'll join the Marlies when Moose Jaw gets eliminated.

There's NO reason to bring Rielly up this year. None. What's the benefit? We bring Rielly up are we suddenly a playoff team? Of course no. No player has been negatively affected development-wise by staying in junior an extra year. PLENTY of players have been negatively affected by being brought up too soon.

He was injured essentially all of last year. There's no benefit to the team or to him to bring him up right now. Let him dominate for a year, build his confidence, and improve his defensive game while against the type of competition where he won't get overwhelmed, and THEN bring him up.
*cough* Kadri

Brown is top 10 in OHL scoring, of course he'll be getting recognition!

It's that simple.
can't argue that. development is certainly an inexact science.

for me, doesn't really matter where he plays the next couple of seasons. by the time he's 23, 24, 25, and beyond, he'll be the same player regardless.

<Hehe, I was waiting for this. I apolgize in advance for rambling>

The NHL preseason after Kadri was drafted Kadri was one of the top players on that team, and he was playing with NHL players like Hagman and Kaberle and was producing. He had one of the best plus minuses on the team and he looked like he fit in as one of the top players (Hence all the hype around him). Then Toronto decided to send him back to London.

Once in London, Kadri learned to be the 'go to guy' I couldn't tell you the number of times I saw London's strategy of the London defense handing the puck to Kadri and him taking up on a solo mission through the whole team (they even made him point man on the powerplay so he could take it up). Especially in the playoff series with Guelph, London strategy was basically give it to Kadri and watch him dangle. So all this talk about turnovers and defensive plays came from the fact that he was counted on to be the main guy bringing the puck upthe ice in London. Now he holds onto it far too long, he tries to dangle when he shouldn't.... I think all these cracks that appears in his game came from that situation. I'm pretty sure confidence was damaged too. Although he played well enough to earn a spot on that team in the preseason which (all things considered, wasn't a good team), they sent him down and now he hasn't had a chance to even complete a full year in the league.

So yes, I'd say keeping him up on a team that wasn't good anyway and let him learn the aches of a full NHL season may have beenthe better decision.

Conflicting info.

Biggs only scores on empty nets but you are trying to say Subban was in net? OH!!! I see now!!! Since Malcom Subben was pulled, Jordan Subban was in the crease trying to make a save since it was an empty net.

sarcasm

biggs opens up so much skating room for jenner. When the gens break out biggs cuts directly across the ice and has the D follow him, it will be interesting to see how much ice he can create at the pro level, very valuable/underratted skill

How does Biggs's production compare to other powerforwards in the same stage in development?

Is PPG in his league up to par for his age and play style?

Power forward development is often a long and winding road so I'd say it's hard to really project where he stands with other power forwards.
