Wasting a 19th overall that could have actually been used to try and win SB is terrible
And I said the moment it happened that not drafting Jones would haunt this franchise going forward and it is clear he is well on his way to stardom in NE
While McClellin is well on his way to bench (Oh wait he spends most of the game there now as Corey Wootton is outplaying him)
9 games. You'd think you would have learned some patience after whiffing so bad on Stalberg.
He is yet to admit he was wrong about Stalberg, heh.
There seems to always be one or two players on every team that BWC just latches on to and refuses to ever stop hating no matter how irrational it may be.
Stalberg could pot 30, McCllelin could have a 10 sack season, and Ventura could lead the Sox to a World Series... and there'd still be BWC pointing out how awful all three are.

We dont live in fantasy land so no worries about those
Instead we get
- Stalberg pulling Casper act in playoffs
- Wasting 19th overall pick on weak 3-4 OLB to play 4-3 DE
- Ventura pulling off the greatest choke in Chicago sports history
Looks at Chandler Jones and his performance running away with DROY
Looks at Shea MClellin MIA act since GB game
We wasted a 19th overall pick ,, Simple sad truth
Emery blew it his first draft ,, A chance to show he wasn't Jerry Angelo
Well so far Emery is 0/1 with his 1st rounders
Jones is good but he's not running away with the award. Irvin or keuchly coud both win it. For all the love you give him, he was benched for parts of the game last week.
So Mcclellin is tied for 5th (.5 sacks out of 3rd) in sacks among rookies despite playing at least 1 and in a few cases 2 fewer games than everyone else and now he's a wasted pick? Insane.

Not even close....wow.
That doesn't even get in to him not having the horses to win the division in the first place. You shouldn't blame him for the team overachieving early on.
wow, now you have gone too far BWC. Sorry, but for the next year and a more I can't take anything seriously you say.
Calling a guy bust after 9 games because you prefered another player drafted is just stupid. Now you add that we all know that Shea would be only a situational rusher this year that needs to gain some experience and has to grow physically.
The only thing I worry about with McClellin is his concussion history. This may be his 4th concussion and he's only 22. I think he can be a very productive pass rusher, but can he play for more than 3 years?

Instead we get
- Stalberg pulling Casper act in playoffs - finding a handful of games to support your case
- Wasting 19th overall pick on weak 3-4 OLB to play 4-3 DE - Kneejerk
- Ventura pulling off the greatest choke in Chicago sports history - This town has the Cubs
1- Stalberg is a proven no show in playoffs :Fact:
2- McClellin has been waste outside of GB game :Fact:
3- Sox 2012 choke was worst in Chicago history (3 games lead blown in final 15) :fact:
I would love to be proven wrong ,, But so far Stalberg has been a wasted roster spot in postseason while McClellin has been wasted 19th overall and Sox 2012 was a waste of eveyrone's time (Shows how important an actual manager is ,, Not some former player who was only hired because he is buddy buddy with GM/owner)
