Also there is a rule I believe Eakins stated before.

Oilers' three forward stars collectively put up 9 points but were -3.
Guess that's what happens when your team is out scored 5-1 at even-strength.
Didn't see it but ref'ing couldn't have been good if Eakins got tossed.

Scoresheet also shows Aucoin got a misconduct for 'Abuse of officals' at time of the winning goal. What was that all about?
Maybe he said something like 'we won, despite your best efforts' but with a lot more colour...

It says "Abuse of Officials", so yeah, he must have said something.

Huge three game weekend - all divisional rivals. Hoping for at least two wins.

Also hoping Dallas rotates some of the extra bodies in.

Should be some entertaining hockey.

Not the recap type. I don't watch games that critically anymore, it's just entertainment.

since I live in alberta, its tough to watch a game on tv,
can't wait till tomorrow
oh yeah plus probably bowen will be calling the game,
might not look for a stream today though, these annoying websites open when I open the stream, so not risking it
but yeah so excited for tomorrow, go marlies go

According to Jon Abbot:

#Marlies lines likely to sound like this: Komarov-Aucoin-Abbott/Kadri-Colborne-Scott/Hamilton-Zigomanis-D'amigo/Deschamps-Acton-Ashton

There were 'rumors' of him going back to europe. He's trying to finalize something with leafs management to allow him to come back to NA at some point if he does indeed leave. That's all I know.

Awesome. I'm sure his minutes will be limited, but so happy he's back. We desperately need someone to shoot the puck a little more often.

I think you mean his Russian club because I'm sure the Leafs would welcome him back.

Well it's a mutual agreement that needs to be in place, but yes, Moscow Dynamo is involved in the process too.
