To add to that, did they even change the wording they used from last year when they did the exact same thing, or did the just copy and paste the descriptions for those two?

EDIT: Nevermind, same list, just the Oilers part was published a few months ago, make me think it was different lists already.

So the Oilers get slack for being "too old," yet Montreal's logo is ranked #1? Makes sense.

Its funny considering how close the Canadiens and Capitals uniforms really are... Yet so far apart on these rankings.

The Oilers logo looks way too 70s-80s. Montreal's logo is nice in every decade.

What?

The Capitals' jersey has ugly vertical lines.

Who gives a ****? This is one "sports writers" opinion on colour schemes and logos.

The simplest jerseys always seem to be the most popular. They're timeless and everyone loves tranditional looking sweaters.

The 80's had two of the greatest professional sports dynaties of all time. There's something to be said for something being "dated". As such, I like the Islanders and Oilers sweaters.

Everyone knows that and instantly thinks of Gretzky when they see the Oilers' logo, but I don't think that makes it nice. If they had a nicer logo during the 80s, that logo would be equally as historic, but it will also make it nicer today.

The O6 logos are nice, not only because of the history behind them, but also because they never get old.

Same here. If a team came out with those tomorrow they'd be laughed off of the planet. It's an indian head on a shirt.

The love for the O-6 jerseys seems to confuse many people. They think they love the look when it's really just the comfort of familiarity.

Kind of like the vertical line on the pants of the Canadiens?

Quite possibly the weakest argument I've ever heard.

Or kind of like the two vertical lines on Gomez's jersey?

Imo the Buffalo road jersey is the nicest in the league, therefore Buffalo should be higher

ESPN list? I'm surprised the #1 jersey wasn't a plain white jersey with Tim Tebow's face on it.

They left that one out because they felt it would be unfair to the other teams.

I respect your opinion, but I just don't see why people hate them so much. I can understand that the home ones aren't too special, but I think the away looks very nice.

Edit - And yes I agree about the Dallas jereseys
