Good OT win by the Frontenacs tonight.

The Petes seem to be playing with a bit more intensity.

Does anyone know where Matthew Watson is playing this year?
He is playing for the Strathroy Rockets JR B team in the GOJHL.

Kingston hangs on to beat the Rangers 3-2. Morrison played lights out in the last 2 minutes when the Fronts couldn't get the puck out. Once this team matures watch out.

did anyone stand out for you?

I was at the game, and to be honest, found it to be the dullest one yet. Maybe it was the 3 pints I had before the game, or our crappy seats, but nothing from the game really stood out for me.

This team just needs to put this one out of their minds and don't even try to understand it. Just move on and things will roll back to normal.

Roland Mckeown is finding his grove now. As the season goes along, mark my words Kingston will fall in love with this kid. Future top 10 NHL pick imo. Kid can do it all and has Captain written all over his game. His work ethic alone is worthy of captain. U have to peel this kid off the ice. Very competive player who plays with such incredible passion. Mckeown grows on u, the more u watch him, the more amazed u are with him. On top of that, in big games he shines bright. His hockey IQ will enable him to stand out more and more as his OHL career progresses. HE is an extremely smart hockey player.

I can see what you're saying in Mckeown. especially with his hockey smarts. i just wish he'd play a little more aggressive sometimes. kids got a great environment to learn in with Steele and especially Moffat in front of him.

What's the deal with the Cull-Schutt trade? what's the story on Schutt? seems pretty lateral to me, giving each a fresh start, but what do i know?

I think Mckeown has had a great start but he needs time to get a little stronger. Not sure what to think of the Cull trade one of the last Mavety guys I thought he played hard every shift and wish him good luck in Sudbury.

Has decent skill and pretty good hands not really given a chance in Sudbury, has 20-30 goal potential if put in right situation.

Watson with 2 goals in the 1st,Bennett with 2 goals in the 2nd. The 3 stars were 1st Bennett,2nd Mckeown,3rd Watson , these kids are starting to play a big role on this hockey team.

Good win last night scoring from all lines. good to see. I think they still need a top 6 guy to play with Kujawinski and get him going. Maybe package a couple of picks and players either from last years draft playing Junior elsewhere or roster players such as Morbeck, Fitzmorris and possibly Hutcheson

I agree, Kuj really needs another playmaking winger to feed him passes. Just think of how much better his numbers would be if we had a better top 6. Im sure Douggie/Gill have also seen this and will address it. Bringing in Schutt I dont think will be enough.

Kingston made a couple of trades today sending Trevor Morbeck to Oshawa for a 10th round pick and Brett Curran(anybody know anything about him?) They also traded a 3rd in 2016 to Saginaw for Sam Povorozniouk.

Hows all that young talent progressing?

They seemingly have a ton of good youngins, a couple of which I was hoping London may scoop at the draft.

Another big night for Sam Bennett and Spencer Watson, 2 points each so far. How many other OHL teams have 2 96 born players forwards on the same line ? Zero .
