Edit: Klingberg makes it 2-0 now.
Edit2: 2-1 IceCaps now. Also, looooooooooool @ Brian Rogers calling the Albany Devils the 'Albany Rats'.
They used to be the Albany River Rats, so that's probably where that comes from
EDIT: Looked it up, ok the the River Rats moved to Charlotte, and the Lowell Devils subsequently moved into Albany...

You know his homerism and his hockey knowledge. You can't think he didn't intentionally mix up the team's names.
Edit: Oh look. Bad penalty call leads to another equalizer for the Devils.

It's the Devils first PP goal in 30 something consecutive attempts.

Doing better than the IceCaps then, as they got 2 on the night.
Edit: Woo, IceCaps win it in a shootout that shouldn't have been.

Well, that was an exciting finish! Thought Rodgers was going to pop a blood vessel!
Sounds like Dekanich played well in the SO, and goals by Burmi and Jaffray seals it.
Man, I wish there were some streams. These radio broadcasts are "old skool".

IceCaps play the Habs affiliate on Tues and Wed. Maybe one of those guys will want to stream it for all the recalcitrant Habs fans.

Nice to see the IceCaps get another win.
How did the military themed uniforms look on the ice?

I watched the game on tv and they looked great actually. The only issue is that the numbers on the back are white and can hardly be seen. If they were blue they would have stood out and you could actually see who's who. They had blue letters on white name bars, so they could be seen on close-ups, which was a definite bonus.

Is there a reason Burmi isn't centering Telegin and Klingberg? It would seem to me that could easily be the most skilled line.

With Burmi getting targeted extra hard, you don't want all of your power on one line. Also, Telegin's sticking around the A after the lockout ends, so it'd be good to build some chemistry with other A players.

Does Burmi's lack of production concern anyone else?

it concerns me, especially as I expected him to dominate (and that's my jersey name)
