Also, sounds like Bennett was a little careless which led to a penalty shot. They scored.
He was, but right before that he was looking really good with his puck handling and decision making.
He just tried to thread a pass through a defender, and it didn't work out. You don't want to take that kind of creativity away from him. Just teach him to choose his spots more carefully.
Yeah, he was involved in talks to get Sid a winger (obviously). I can't remember specifics though. Rossi was tweeting something about it.
hm. Don't remember that. Anyway I hope they put Kuhn back with Bennett. They seemed to work well the other night and their games are made to mesh with one another.

They probably don't even need to "teach" him stuff like that. He'll learn with experience.
nice pass by Bennett at the end of the period. dont know who got the chance and while he didnt have the best angle, he should have been able to bury it since holtby were at the other post.

It was Ferriero, but he can't shoot apparently so that's why. I thought it should've been a gimme goal too.
If it's Crosby or Malkin he's passing that puck to, it's a 1-1 game.
edit: The way Bennett thinks the game, he'd benefit a whole lot more by playing with skilled players.
I question that there were even talks given the source.
He got the Staal deal correct, and 2 days before he posted a very similar deal to what actually happened (Staal and Martin for Sutter, Faulk and the 8th pick).
At least he had the balls to fight someone that he knew would destroy him. Clackson is one of the best fighters in the league, and he kinda held his own.
He was brought in as a depth guy. He isn't supposed to be much
Ferriro was brought in as a potential depth guy for the Big Pens, I think they would be expecting at least 20ish goals 50ish points if he played the full season in WBS.
thats a goal im afraid. weak as hell. the defender had him on the outside... shouldnt even have gotten the shot off. But god knows what Thiessen did going down way to early instead of standing up at the post
Tom Grace is a ****ing idiot. The way he describes how some players are playing doesn't have any basis in reality. If I was listening to him on the radio, I'd take anything he says with a grain of salt.
