Let's just say I won't be crying if he wants to explore the NFL.
Not coming up with a miracle finish one time isn't quite grounds for wanting to dump the guy. We couldn't even get the ball in his hands in the last minute.
WTF? I definitely would be. Lulay wasn't the only problem tonight. No one showed up, so I guess we trade everyone/let everyone walk? Seems like a bit of a reaction to the loss tonight.
Coming from the fan base that wanted to get rid of Luo after game 6 vs Chicago? Let's just say I'm not exactly surprised.

I never said trade him or cut him. Just I won't be too sad if he does leave. I think Reilly would be a capable qb as well. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the Lions will keep him.

That is true.

Complete no-show in the biggest game of the season. Nobody on either side of the ball was ready. Secondary was torched big-time, offence couldn't get the job done, and everything just basically went to ****.
No way do I think we would be better off with Lulay.
Chapdelaine on the other hand... I feel that his time has been up for a while now. This team is capable of so much more on the offensive side of things.
I thought Muamba had an especially bad showing tonight. Same with Elimimian who was invisible and missed more tackles than I can count.

Ugh.
I don't think playing 18 weeks straight than having to wait 2 weeks to play your next game is a favourable position to be in.
El Elimimin was a complete bust. He has been horrible since returning. In same cases Bighill had to shove him out of the way to make the play. If he wants to try the NFL again good luck. I say that he doesn't even get a try-out.
Defense was better before they started messing things up by trying to get Elimimin into the mix. El Elimimn often looked confused and disoriented. He never made a play and just seemed to be stumbling around the field.
Beyond that he used American spot that could have been used much better elsewhere - such as the offensive line.
Can't believe that Taylor wasn't in the game. He would have given the team a deep threat at least. Coach B. seemed unwilling to make the tough decisions
Also can't believe the personal on for the short kick. Had guys like Jackson and Yurenchuck out there. Needed to go with your clutch and best athletes.
Calgary was the better team on the day but maybe the Lions could have stolen one with better decision making. Going for the field goals when your offense was finally making plays has to second guessed.
Lulay wasn't that bad but there has to be real concern about his ability to hit the deep pass.
Calgary covered the deep pass well all night, it wasn't Lulay's fault
Lulay is generally not a good deep pass QB though. If both him and Reilly are back next year, it might be worth giving Reilly some playing time when they need to make quick and long strikes.
As bad as the Lions were today, the defense could've won the game if they played even bad instead of downright terrible.

There were times when the player came open but the ball came out too slow and took too long to get there. Also he didn't lead the receiver away from the defender. Just created jump ball situations. Lulay brings lots of things but I question is long range accuracy. Long range accuracy is tough to find and if he had it better, Lulay would be playing down south. At times he might be adequate but even in terms of the CFL his long range passing is not much more than mediocre.
What a joke of a game. Offense was ****. The playcalls... Wow.
Lulay scrambled way too much. I'd love too see Bruce and Simon gone.
The D put little pressure on Glenn and made him look like a star.
Grey Cup is going to be terrible.
Bruce gone I could agree with, But Geroy played great, and he's a true leader on our team. He's been around the Lions Organization for a long time and I don't want to see him in another uniform for the rest of his career.
And I agree, I won't be watching the Grey Cup. I can't stand both the Argos and the Stamps. But hey, Justin Bieber is the halftime show, they get to listen to that crap. Mind you, last year was Nickelback..
Also got a good chuckle from his antics near the end of the game. What a punk.
Funny thing is that if he was playing today then we would have a different result today and it would be the Lions who would be going to Toronto next week.
Why do people want Bruce gone? He's one of our best receivers. He's clutch, he comes up with the catch and rarely drops balls thrown his way. Next year my top receivers would easily be Simon, Bruce, Gore, Iannuzzi, Taylor and Jackson. Paris Jackson would be kept as well assuming he is content with the same role he currently has.

Ugh.
Paul McCallum might've been the only guy who showed up.
