This might be a week old, but still worth watching. His head hit the floor then bounced and landed 2 feet away.

Nah, what happened was Dreger initially tweeted about wishing there was Twitter security to stop all the trolls and people chirping him.

Then Kane tweeted Darren saying "Welcome to the internet, where everyone is tough behind their screen. "

Gotcha Lynk thanks

The chirping goes with the territory and I assume as a journalist DD has little choice but to be on Twitter but for a guy like Kane its optional.....I am always suprised the boys indulge?

I liked it the show obviously I am biased, but I admit I haven't followed him as closely as I used to. Still was nice to catch him with Crazy Horse. Old Black was sounding as good as ever.

I am a long time Bronco fan and it's weird to have a real quarterback on the team again. One personnel Move and we are in the hunt. I am not saying we are a traditional Superbowl championship level team nobody really does this year so why not Denver? not sure who closed Manning but if it was Elway then that was a screwd move by Bowlen to being John on board. Last year felt like smoke and mirrors, this year feels much more real.

I'm a bandwagon fan and I'm not afraid to admit it. Peyton is my all-time favourite athlete and is the biggest reason that I even watch the NFL. I'm still a Colts fan, but while Manning still plays I'll be cheering for him first and foremost.

So Go Broncos and Go Colts!

[mod] FYI this is the story of Gerry James. Winnipegger, Blue Bomber running back and Toronto Maple Leaf. Played in the Grey and Stanley Cup Finals in the same year. Great story!

Basically my thoughts as well.

Been following Peyton since Tennessee, I hated Jim Irsay for letting him go so there's still a little disdain towards Indianapolis. But I still wish them success while I cheer for the Broncs.

DD is kind of an arsehole IMO so it doesn't help matters. As much as the guy has connections, those connections make him conceited.

Huh. Weird. That little statement gives me a lot more respect for Kane than I previously had. Truer words...

When Rivers is off his game, he's so bad it's almost comical. Actually the entire offense except for Alexander sucked. I guess his durability is the reason he was a FA, but damn he's got some talent.

Ah well, I just enjoy watching sports and cheering for a team. /makes shifty eyes at NHL

Yeah. That team misses LT (even during his last few years), and Darren Sproles. Why they didn't hold onto that guy I have no idea. And Vincent Jackson. Matthews is a bit of a bust. Can you get Brees, LT, Jackson and Sproles back on the team please?

He's had some nice finds in his time as Chargers GM, but A.J. Smith has generally done a poor job of retaining players, and then being unable to find adequate replacements. He's a bit like our "beloved" GM Joe Mack in that regard.

I wouldn't call Mathews a bust just yet. He had a solid year last year, he just has to stay healthy.

It's a real ego boost. That's why 50% of people are on Twitter IMO

I know not many on here care for baseball but damn I am excited now that Bud Selig allowed the Marlins/ Jays trade to go through. That along with the Cabrera acquisition makes the Jays a legitimate threat to win the AL East and who knows?

I might actually be watching meaningful baseball in August and beyond.

Yeah that was a ridiculous trade. Rough division, but definitely contenders now.
