so basically Indy is going to be pissed that they lost by so much to NE, and take it out on us this Sunday in the RCA Dome. (or whatever it's called now)
But Buffalo has been outscored 191-114 in six road games and has the 30th-ranked scoring defense, 299 points allowed overall.
...and the Colts may be healthy for this one:
Quote:
Arians said he was "hopeful" cornerback Vontae Davis (knee) and tight end Coby Fleener (shoulder) could return Sunday, but it depends upon how they practice. Both were sidelined the last three games.
"So we possibly could have everyone for this one," Arians said.
And as to that number that concerns Bills fans the most, Mr. Wilson's age of 94, the commissioner said this to us four years ago, "We have owners that pass away, this happens unfortunately and teams go on and continue to be very successful."
Yeah except almost all of them are unlike Mr. Wilson. They have plans, he doesn't. Thats a BIG difference. His death won't be a "surprise" these days.
As for the stadium, I really think to last long term it's gotta be a new stadium. The Ralph's seen better days.

Lucas Oil Stadium I believe. Not the same place anyway. They now have a stadium with a retractible roof.
Well Colin Kaepernick looks amazing against the Bears today.
I'm surprised he's playing this well. Also, how do we only score 9 points on the texans d when chad ****ing henne and the jags offense drops 37 on them?
These games are also showing me how much we'd be screwed if fitz goes down

Yeah, in b4 every bills fan wants us to trade for him.
I'm skeptical, that team is loaded with talent. I don't think Alex Smith suddenly became good quarterback overnight either. Watched a decent amount of Kapernick's games in college and was not impressed.

Their offensive play calling is fantastic.
Yeah, it looks like they're doing this crazy thing called playing to their strength, running the ball consistently, and making sure their less than awesome qb doesn't have to throw too often. I bet that would never work for the bills!

Beecause the jack*** known as Chandler Gailey went away from his strength because he couldnt handle the "defensive" look. He left Fitz out to dry.
You make a solid point. Fitz fits the offense well. The guy is not inept. Sure he's not a "franchise" QB. But how many of those are in the NFL? Under 10. Fitz is just under that. He's not great or elite but he's not terrible. We've seen a number of terrible guys the last 12 years. Fitz is capable of leading an offense. We've seen way worse in 12 years. He's not the problem, he handles this offense well, it's just Gailey sometimes leavesa him hung out to dry.

The Bears have a great D(this coming from a Packer fan) but you can't dismiss what Kapernick did at all. He carved up that D and the balance of play calling was great. Fitz is capable of doing that, Gailey just needs to realize that, Fitz can play, Gailey just thinks hes a Drew Brees or Tom Brady. While I really like Fitz thats not him. He can have really great days but he's not one demensional. Gailey needs to look at the New Engkand tape(2bnd matchup) if you play Fitz like that every week your in for success. If the Houston game was called similar thyey might win.
Too funny. I remember when that commercial ran, it was too accurate. I do get tired of the Bills and this region being made the joke though when ever it's possible.
I saw parts of the game...From what I saw Kaepernick looked very good...He should definitely be in the Bill's radar.
Be very careful about judging a QB from 1 game as a starter on MNF. That's how we ended up with Rob Johnson.
Someone posted on the football board that it usually takes a few games of game tape for defenses to adjust to a new QB. So we'd need to see more of him running the offense before really seeing how good he is.
Cant wait for the Sabs to come back. until then.... mehhhh we are stuck with RYan Fitzpatrick. Remember the good ol days w Jim "machine gun" Kelly!? will we EVER get back to being a top NFL Team, i cant imagine so until new ownership!
There's a lot of physically gifted QB's out there that suck.
Not denying this. Grossman, Losman and the rest of team "**** It, I'm Going Deep" all have canons but nothing between their ears.
But that doesn't really have any bearing on Fitz, however. He's a below average quarterback because his mechanics and arm strength are bad and his IQ and intangibles just aren't enough to replace it. There are basic, basic throws that he can't make, at least with NFL consistency.
I'd rather have an average guy across the board who can be molded by a coach than someone with an above average smarts (and that's more than debatable) but piss poor mechanics.

Jay Cutler may belong on your list as well. Just never been a fan of his despite the big arm.
Stafford I also find to be very overrated but has a big arm.

Fitz is the easy scapegoat. What about the bad D or HC? These aren't problems? Theres games Fitz played good enough to win and the D couldnt do their part(Tennessee and NE easily come to mind)
