Look at how high the crest is on the front of the jersey. It's that high up, because while you can buy blank jerseys of that style, they have the Reebok wordmark right below the neckline of the jersey. Here's a blank Avs jersey as an example:
He's hiding the "Reebok" logo on the front by intentionally putting the old 2D crest way too high. This guy has clearly bought a blank, bought the patches online, and just did it himself. I've done it before too (I sewed a Whalers logo to a blank Hurricanes jersey for a friend as a joke gift) it's fun sometimes just to mess around with jerseys.
