No need to be like that. AHL is a good league even with no lockout...

I would say AHL is as good as SEL and KHL.

I know it's a good league. My point was I haven't seen a hockey game in so long, I'm actually excited...yes, excited, to see an AHL game.

Tatar makes it 1-0. Looks like they've got the teddy bear toss tonight...

Nice goal by Tatar. I really want to see a replay, but it looks like the AHL stream is just the scoreboard feed.

edit: 1:0. Tatar from Pare and Almquist.

******* Smith can fly. Just a few strides and he's flying back to his own zone. It's a beautiful thing.

Love when people use Gardiner and Schultz skating as the reason they are better. They aren't better skaters, they weren't college and they aren't now.

I still remember when Smith was drafted. It was all about his skating. Converted forward, going to college, elite skater. It's funny how perceptions change.

Made the big saves once more. It was a game that could've gone either way without the right saves.

Callahan had a breakout game for this season, really good in every way and nice breakaway goal. Nyquist had a bit of a rough game with calls and bounces but had a nice behind-the-back pass to Billins first pro goal. Tatar's gamewinner was money, powermove to the inside and a good shot where Smith joined the rush to screen the goalie.

Yeah the feed kinda cut away during the fight but it was a draw. From what I saw it looked like Smith was losing a bit but when they were cut away the announcers were saying Smith landed a good amount. Callahans goal he just took off and picked up a puck and split the defenders.

Callahan put together his best game last night. Nice goal, the line had some chances and he had a really good PK shift where he was eating the puck along the boards. Had a big hit as well.

Nyquist had a rough game but still produced, rang one off the post late too. Tatar looked pretty good. Aubry got his bell rung and Evans jumped in, he mustve been reading this thread lol.

Smith had a pretty damn good game and Mrazek looked solid, but not absolutely amazing

What are you talking about, it's normal for it to not load or run correctly. That is the AHL Live experience

Yup this is their 4th year and it's been like this since day 1. I suggest just sticking with free stuff. I don't see them getting their act together anytime soon. Others don't mind taking advantage of that opportunity

Callahan didn't look prepared there, but got some good ones in the end.
