I understand that, but if you don't think they could do anything, wouldn't you want them to lose in order to try to get a better draft pick? I don't know how deep this draft is, but that's my thinking as a Dolphin fan that watched them lose regularly in the 1st round lol.

Of course but knowing this team the Cards may feel overconfident in terms of getting into the playoffs in case Alex Smith is done for the season. From what I am reading up on the draft, the draft in 2013 in more deep on defence and that doesn't help us much.
