Just did a quick Google search and last year's Canadian camp roster was announced November 28th. I would assume something similar this year.

 Seriously Percy needs to step up. God just hearing Dumba and Reinhart in one package makes me nervous.

Seriously? If you guys have concerns about them, then we're in serious trouble. I haven't seen anyone other than the guys already considered as locks (Hamilton, Harrington, Rielly)that I would rather have on this team.

Taking a stab at it. A couple under agers but as someone else mentioned earlier how can we not take Mackinnon/Drouin as a package right now. I also really have no idea who the 6/7 Defencemen should be. I would have gone Dumba/Reinhart but both have struggled to find their game this year.

Huberdeau - RNH- Rattie
Hudon - Scheifele- Danault
Mackinnon - Strome - Drouin
Ritchie - Jenner - Wilson (Keep your head up energy line)
Griffith

Reilly - Hamilton
Harrington - Ouelette
Percy - Murphy
Ceci

Subban
Fucale
Billington

Other great options:
Lessio (would have been on if not injured)
Monahan
Murray (would have been on if not injured)
Brossoit
Reinhart
Dumba
Sissons
Lowry
Di Guiseppe
Lazar

Those are interesting line combos. I'd be curious to see how they pan out... I do like that second line though for sure.

Binnington? Paterson? Murray?

Altshuller has really turned it around this year, tied for the league lead in wins.

Any idea whether or not any these guys get a camp invite?
I'd say Binnington.

After seeing Drouin-MacKinnon-Huberdeau eat up the Russians, they have to be no-brainers for the WJCs, but you never know with Hockey Canada. A lot of people say HC will never take three 17 years old, but Monahan in the summer series and MacKinnon and Drouin in the SS proved they deserve to be there.

As for the line combos, it's always tough because Canada has so many good centres. You never know who can make the switch to wing.

HC will never do it. Chief Scout Pendergast has already got his media speech practiced and committed to memory, "it's a tournament for 20 year old players" That is a quote from Pendergast in September when talking about whether or not Mackinnon gets an invite to camp. I won't be holding my breath for HC to do anything out of the ordinary.

You're probably right but hopefully he changed his mind after the SS. Canada has to shake it up a bit. Losing four in a row doesn't cut it.

so far it's 3 in a row, 2010 in OT. (tough loss but it happens in sport) 2011 3rd period meltdown... tough pill to swallow for sure but it also happens from time to time... and well last year was the kick in the pants, but 10 years in the gold medal game in a row...the streak was bound to end at some point.... for all the grief I give HC for their cookie-cutter mindset and philosophy of age trumps skill.... they do have one more year to get it right. What did you do during the 7 year gold medal drought?

But if HC muffs this up again and makes a whole bunch of stupid decisions, then the gloves are coming off...not that anybody at HC is worried about what I think.

For all the talk about what Hockey Canada does wrong, I've always been impressed by how many things they get right. The players don't like the foreign food so HC brings its own chefs. The team used to add players late and throw off the chemistry so now they say no late additions. I could go on, but the point is if you have watched the tournament for 21 years like I have, you have seen how the organization has repeatedly learned from its mistakes. No, they haven't won every year but this isn't supposed to be easy, and all things considered the team has a pretty damn good track record.

As for the question about taking multiple underagers, you need to know that HC isn't nearly as obsessed with age as other countries tend to be. If I'm not mistaken, Russia's recent gold medal effort came with only one player under the age of 19. I've always felt that the experience of being a returning player the second year far outweighed the downside of the inexperience of being a young player in your first tourney. (Hope that made sense for you. LOL)

NHL games cancelled through Dec 14 -

What does this mean for guys like Hamilton, Strome, Huberdeau and others ? Does this mean they will be going to WJC even if the NHL starts Dec 15 ?

If the NHL starts on Dec 15 im pretty sure RNH will be with the oilers, but what about the others on Team Canada?
