This team needs to stop taking such stupid undisciplined penalties.

Conacher accidentally highsticked a linesman a little.
Kucherov with 1g 1a +2 in a 4-0 win.

Being a little flat vs. a hot team = a 2-1 Crunch loss.

That last rush on the PP at the end of the period SYR was clearly offside.

Glad Killorn got one to go in, he's been working hard. That Palat guy is a pretty good player.
5'6 Joe Whitney got behind Korobov for that breakaway goal against. It's rare for anyone to beat Korobov.

BriseBois also said Aulie will remain out at least through next weekend.

Crunch recalls defenseman Charles Landry from their ECHL Florida. 1 goal, 5 assists, 15 PIM in 16 games.

BriseBois said Landry needed for depth. No new injuries last night.
Nikita Kucherov has 2g, 2a, 4pts in his first 2 games with Rouyn-Noranda. He's also been the 2nd and 3rd star for those games.
And yesterdays Crunch highlights

Can anyone give a scouting report on Ondrej Palat? He is at about a ppg in the AHL right now at a fairly young age- Does he look like a future NHL'er?

I'd say Palat is a smart hockey player who makes good decisions. Works hard. He is a good skater with good agility. A creative passer who can find passing lanes and open spaces. A better passer than shooter, but his shot is decent. Slightly below average size and physicality, but not afraid to go to the net. Good enough defensively for PK, good enough offensively for PP. He is already better than several Lightning forwards.

Can see Palat become an average 2nd/3rd liner in the NHL.
Much better passer than shooter IMO

Couldn't be more excited with our youngsters, I think Panik should raise some spots the next time we vote top-20 prospects.

Why do the Crunch have both home and away alternate jerseys?
