Huge ticket increases are coming, with or without a new ballpark. Of this I am certain.

See, everyone but the NHL and NHLPA is agreeing to terms.

BTW, where does TW Sportsnet do their pre and post game shows? Fox has their little outdoor studio at LA Live.

If we can get a season going again, we will no doubt see the Lakers, Clippers, and Kings give the Staples Center schedulers huge headaches again in May and June!

I think Warren Wiebe would have enjoyed this past season.

Clippers win again, this time surviving a comeback from the Spurs in San Antonio.

If this team can stay healthy, they win the West. You heard it here first.

Butler hurt his shoulder.

And Becks is leaving the Galaxy after the MLS Cup. Good luck, David.

DeAndra Jordan is becoming more and more of a dominant player every game. It's a treat to watch. Same with Bledsoe.

Why do the Trojans refuse to wear their away jerseys when they play UCLA at the Rose Bowl? Arrogance?

Both teams had agreed to wear home jerseys against each other regardless of where the game is played. For some reason UCLA welched on that last year and wore all-whites. Didn't get that.

Steve Nash has been downgraded to out indefinately. A 38 year old man gets injured and takes a while to come back. Shocker. That's what you get for 3 first round picks and a boat load of cash.

Tough OT loss in OKC. Had to overcome phantom calls on Durant and Paul's atrocious night, but depth wasn't enough tonight.

Very frustrating to watch, but they still hung tough in the worst game of Paul's career. This team is going places.

Lakers' defense is ****ing pathetic.

I knew they were going to have tired legs in the 4th quarter of games this season, but I never thought they wouldn't even be giving any effort.

This team is going south unless they have an attitude adjustment. At least try, guys.

On another note, I am beginning to believe we are not going to have a hockey season, and I told my son that since I won't be spending money on season tickets for the Kings (41 regular season + 16 potential home playoff games), I may be able to afford 1 Laker game or 4 Clipper games.

So basketball it is.

And their bench continues to be worthless for the most part and can't do enough to alleviate minutes from the top players.

Well, that was absolutely brutal to watch.

Although I thought USC was overrated and over-ranked to begin the season (see my post in this thread way back after the Stanford game), I didn't think they were this bad.

Did not beat one team that didn't end up with less than 5 losses. They may be bowl-eligible, but anyone giving them a bowl bid is doing it purely for the money.

Lane Kiffin out! Typical Kiffin clock management there at the end. 2:30 wasted trying to get 2 yards though that ball has to be caught on 4th down. It wasn't going to matter since no one on the defense could tackle Theo Riddick before he dragged them for 5 yards.

On a good note the Lakers destroyed Dallas for their first road win. Clippers lose their 3rd straight. Even with a terrible 7-7 start they are only 1.5 games back.

Their defense has been sieve-like going back to last year. They just don't have enough offensive talent to overcome that pathetic defense...not sure where USC goes from here.

Lost to everyone who counted: UCLA, Notre Dame, Standford, and Oregon...and throw in a head-scratcher loss to Arizona, looked vulnerable against a poor Syracuse team, and there you have it.

Losers of 4 out of their last 5, with their only win against an Arizona State team they had trouble with in the first half, and there you also have it.
