Yep he's playing really well. Genearting a lot of offense, playing great defensively. I don't want to aim too high but I suppose I could see his upside as being Patrice Bergeron or 70 point Kesler.

All the descriptions I've heard make me think he'll hopefully be something like Bergeron, though Bergeron entered the league at 18 IIRC.
I see Ritchie finally had his points streak snapped, that's too bad. Still, I bet it's the best point streak of the year for all the CHL leagues, what a fantastic month for him.

Faka and the Kitchener Rangers should be on the NHL Network right now (In the US, in Canada it's on Sportsnet).

Faksa looked good that game, had a great SO goal. Needs to break that goal scoring drought though.

Tell that to the guy on the prospect boards
Yeah he did have a good game, great defensively, had a few scoring chances, couldn't finish but he's not the only one who couldn't.
Looked like there was a few empty seats there tonight, I should have got tickets.

He seems to run a little hot and cold, which is normal for a player his age.

Well Faksa fixed his goal scoring drought, and from the sound of it is having a nice game.

Faksa scored the shootout winner as well.
There was a big brawl at the end of the Saskatoon game so that's why Stransky got a game misconduct.
And I know we've talked a lot about Ritchie... but it still doesn't feel like enough. What he's doing is pretty special. It's every single night.

Yeah 20 goals in his last 14 games is quality in the OHL. Even if you take out the 9 goal 2 game outburst, 11 in 12 is pretty steady to say the least.

And the Strome argument gets old from fellow HFers. Sure Ritchie feeds off him a little but, but Strome also feeds off of Ritchie. Ritchie's skill is just blossoming so well right now. Fantastic November for him, and here's no an even better December.

Also, according to Mark's
update :
Quote:
*LW Alex Guptill (third round/2010) did not play in the University of Michigan’s two games at Ferris State over the weekend. Guptill, who has not scored a goal in his last eight games, was listed as a healthy scratch.
Sucks he hit a dry spell, he was having such a good start too.
Klingberg also has been cleared to return.
