No, not even close, that was bad timing for Red Bull stop.

Alonso took the gamble for the championship but looks like it won't work

****. Thought Hamilton caused that but Hulk lost his back end.

Too bad. Was a great battle for first.

I'm confused, if Alonso finishes 2nd, what place would work for Vettel?

Vettel has a far superior car and he only beats Alonso for the drivers championship by 1 point.

LMFAO.

Massa has been incredible this last quarter of the season. I'm happy he's with back Ferrari next year.

Talking about luck.

What is it with mediocre German drivers ending up in massively superior cars and then in return being hailed as THE next Ayrton Senna.

It was a race for the ages.

Its a shame that the best driver finishes 2nd again in the WC because of a worse car/team all season long.

Congratulations to Vettel

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I can't see a "far superior" car - I see one with consistently less top speed and one that had big issues keeping going early on. On Alonso's side, there's a Massa that's looked stronger than him for good parts of the second half of the year. "Mediocre" my lower back. Well-deserved title is far more like it. Beating the type of adversity Vettel did today, that's a champion's job. I won't talk down Alonso though, he put up a hell of a fight.

Well, it is not Vettels fault that Mr. Fuentes is not a mechanic or engnieer and can't help Alonso like he does with all the other spanish athletes.

Raikkonen's tenth place ensures he gets the record for the most consecutive points finishes

Take that Vettel and Alonso
