I see. It was your use of "dominate" in referring to Ovechkin in your previous post that confused me. I don't see any evidence that he has been a "dominating" player at any time in this season in the KHL.

I said started to dominate, I did not say dominate from the start .

Laich back in Switzerland after he went to USA to cure a groin injury. He will play his next game against Berne friday (Tavares, Josi, Streit).

I just have to say, that Mathieu Perreault is amazing player. Was quite unknown player to me before he sign with HIFK, but man, he is something! He has been playing two games now and he have two assists and has been one of the best players on the games so far.
I just have to say that the hard work, what he does all the time is impressive and he is giving lots of energy to the team.
Have to like!

3 assists for Laich yesterday in 5-0 win for Kloten against Langnau in the swiss-league.

Laich played 18 games, scored 6 goals, had 12 assists, for 18 points, 28 minutes of penalty, has a +- of +11, and 43 shoots on goal.

Ovechkin on 1.25 points per game (13 Goals, 17 Assists) (5th in League)

Kuznetsov and Tarasenko not invited, supposedly something about keeping them hungry or something..

Patric Hörnqvist - Nicklas Bäckström - Marcus Johansson is Swedish first line.

Ovechkin is on 3rd line wither Tereschenko and Zherdev... Russian coach is using a combination of the Malkin WC line of Perezhogin and Mozyakin who is a winger for Malkin in Metallurg and then Datsyuk + Radulov + Kovalchuk on 2nd...

Will have to see a box score, but Ovechkin had a goal, and should of had an assist on the 2nd Russian goal.

Backstrom had an assist too.



Backstroms assist is the first goal shown and Ovechkins goal starts at 3 minutes.
