Ya but CHSB predicted he'd end up with 80 points but he's not even putting up a point per game

I think we can stop jabbing him with the Titan predictions now lol.

Bathurst aren't nearly as good as he thought, and the scoring has been average.

Not many believed what he was saying, and it doesn't look like it will happen...

He's been injured and 80 points was quite the stretch from the beginning. He's actually not doing too bad...

Moncton continue to move up in the standings and took over sole possesion of 7th overall in the league tonight after thumping the Rouyn Noranda Huskies 8-3. Jaskin dominated with 1 goal and 3 assists. Veilleux was named first star for his 5 point effort. Saulniers each had 3 points while Melindy, Johnton and Barbashev had 2 points each. Dubeau played okay in his first game back from being injured. Moncton has 8 wins in their last 10 games and are currently on a 2 game winning streak.

Moncton Wildcats doubled Cape Breton last night 4-2 in Sydney. The Wildcats got goals from the Saulniers,Barbashev and Veilleux. Jaskin recorded an assist to keep his 12 game point streak alive. In other good news , back up goaltender Cole Holowenko turned in a solid performance stopping 24 of 26 shots. Haas scored a TKO against heavyweight Blake Millman to fire up the Cats at the midway mark of the first period. We will have a tough weekend, playing Baie Comeau on Saturday and taking on Halifax on Sunday. Go Cats Go.

Wildcats pulled off another upset this afternoon, shutting out Halifax(#1 in the CHL) 3-0. Jaskin continued his point streak to 14 games by scoring a pp marker in the second period. Veilleux scored the other two. Dubeau was named second star, stopping all 25 shots faced. The Wildcats moved into 6th place and are currrently on a three game winning streak.(7-3-0 in their last 10 games)

That's right Flynn's speach after the game was about how this game is getting us ready for the Titan. He said we can't play like we did tonight against Bathurst or their two-way players like O'Brien will hold us off the scoresheet and punish us physically

What I'd really like to see is Bathurst plateau around 11-13th in the league to have a chance at playing Moncton in the first round. That would be fun lol

I don't see Halifax playing either in the first round. So it's up to Moncton to play in the match-up chsb wants

They will likely face PEI. Titan fired Dubois! Looking for a replacement. Apparently Billy Hartley was offered the job and declined...

Moncton continued it's winning streak to 4 games after a 4-2 win over the Victoriaville Tigers. Dmitri Jaskin recorded 2 goals and added 2 assists for the game's first star. Moncton is 8-2-0 in their last 10 games.

The Wildcats signed a couple of free agents.

17 year old defenceman Mark Wagner.

http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=129771

17 year old forward Cody Drover.

http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=130587

Both are expected to have decent chances at making next season's team..

Other than stats , anyone have any info ??
