He's still been good. He just has not had Granlund feeding him. He has still been great on the boards, on the PK, etc.

McIntyre robbed on a Fontaine feed. Aeros PP. This Palmieri-McIntrye-Fontaine line is gonna be even better when Granlund gets back, assuming the top line starts where it left off.

Phantom hand pass call ruins good scoring opportunity on PP.

Zucker wins it 5 seconds into OT. Larsson pushes it through center, backhands it to Zucker, Zucker comes down left side and beats goalie blocker side. Pretty smart play by Larsson and hell of a shot by Zucker.

This is the first game that I've watched in the last six (scheduling conflicts). When did Houston upgrade their video?

That was easily the Aeros' best game in awhile, perhaps best game for 60 minutes. It was the Heat's 3rd game in 3 nights but, still, Aeros looked good. Heat did not have a forecheck so allowed Aeros to breakout. Also, Aeros were winning just about every puck battle.

Toyota Center got a new scoreboard/jumbotron a few weeks ago

Aeros Relocating?

It's past Thanksgiving and no lease yet.

The Aeros' trainer, Jody Green, sent this rather unfortunate tweet this morning (one he might regret) :

https://twitter.com/JAGtheATC

Jody A. Green‏@JAGtheATC

Every time I come to this place - I realize how much they don't want us here. It's evident by the conflicting stories I get each time.

Rumors are Les Alexander, the Rockets' owner, doesn't want the Aeros in "his" building anymore - he wants to control everything that happens there.

No, Alexander doesn't have the final say, the Houston Sports Association does, but the HSA basically kneels down at Alexander's throne.

We will see.

I should clarify, I meant the video they broadcast so those of us with AHL live can watch. Remember before the season, Houston was known for having one of the worst broadcasts. And it was pretty bad up until about 7 games ago...but I was just asking, since I missed the 6 or so before this game, if they upgraded the video feed before this game.

You misunderstand. The "video feed" for AHL Live and all derivative streams is just the jumbotron feed from the arena. The Toyota Center upgraded their scoreboard/jumbotron so the AHL Live feed is now better.

That was sexy.

Also, I mentioned Zucker in the Oilers Stacked AHL teams thread. Popcorn.gif

Nope.

Actually, I can't find anything. I thought it was a leg injury?

Considering the Aeros didn't recall anyone at this point, I'd assume it's not serious.

EDIT: Or he's being evaluated...
