I hate all 4 of the Atlantic division teams equally.
And you can throw Montreal in there as well. Actually, part of me hates Montreal even more because of the arrogant and obnoxious fans...it creates a sense of nationalism for me.
Agree with your post minus the Montreal part, insert former Atlantic team, Washington; hate their fans and their stupid goal horn.

They both intensified this past year, but we were absolutely Flyer proof. Sweep the season series, AND the Winter Classic? You could see me glowing for days after a win over Philly.
Devils? That's a blood hatred. Especially after the playoffs, the word on my mind is revenge.

This poll shows how young if not naive most are. I mean Pens over Flyers and Isles?
No mention of the Bruins or Caps?
The PIT hate is absurd considering the 3 recent playoffs with the Caps.
I personally hate Philly more, but I think the recent history dating back to when the Devils entered the league, has them as the bigger rival. Although the Winter Classic and sweeping Philly last year amped up our rivalry with them even more.
What I'm trying to say is, even if the Devils rivalry is stronger, I'd pay more money to go to a Rangers - Flyers game than a Rangers - Devils game.

Unless you live in South Jersey, who cares about Philly fans? A few of them trek here for games, but not a huge amount. And they may have had a team of dirty goons in the past, but with a couple exceptions, their current makeup is a pretty likeable team, unfortunately.

I would wager 25%+ of the NYR fanbase lives in North Jersey. Trust me, if the Devils win, we hear it.

Rangers vs. Philadelphia Flyers - I actually don't mind the Flyers.
Rangers vs. New Jersey Devils - I hate them and their fans.
Rangers vs. New York Islanders - I actually don't mind the Islanders.
I'll probably hate the Islanders when they eventually get good. The Flyers, on the other hand, looking back at their history, I love it. If I was alive during the intense rivalry, I'd obviously hate them, but the fact of the matter is, I wasn't.
The ****ing Devils are just self-explanatory.
